I only give you one star due to I wanted to comment. This place is a joke.I worked in the memory care and this is the worst place to ever be working.They only thing I liked was nothing. The supervisor does not know how to be a supervisor. She's friends with the employees on her Facebook /Instagram.She plays favortism and treats the other shifts likes she had something against us.She does not know how to be a boss.They pay is a joke.People are quitting all the time because of her.Enough said glad to be out of that place and if you're looking for a gd job thisis not...

I have worked at Hillcrest Memory Care for almost 5 years now. I can honestly and truly say this is the BEST job I ever had. The staff here are a team with most of them working for Hillcrest for over 10 years. This is a positive, caring , full of love environment. I went in for a job interview. I thought the building was shoved in the corner & didn't look like much from the outside. It was beautiful once you walk in. I talked to a nice gentleman resident while I waited in their bistro type area. The residents I encountered appeared to be very happy there. I think I would have been happy working there. The interview went well, but I declined to take another day off from my current job to come in and reinterview the following week unless I was sure I was going...
