🌟Raving Review for Coopers Food and Drink!🌟

Oh my goodness, where do I even begin?! My husband and I decided to check out Coopers Food and Drink for a lunch date, and let me tell you, it exceeded all our expectations! I was initially a bit skeptical after reading some mixed reviews, but WOW! It was such an amazing experience!

We kicked things off with the cajun flavored chicken wings—absolutely delicious! They're packed with flavor and just the right amount of spice. For the main course, my husband went for the Cowboy Burger, and he was in burger heaven! It was juicy and cooked to perfection; he could not stop raving about it!

I opted for the Brussels and bacon flatbread paired with a cup of French onion soup, and let me tell you, it was divine! The soup was rich, flavorful, and comforting, while the flatbread had the perfect balance of taste—so good that I only managed to snag two pieces because I was already stuffed!

Janine, our server, was a shining star! She was super attentive, and I loved that she anticipated my needs—she even brought a box for my leftovers before I had a chance to ask! Talk about excellent service!

The ambiance of the place is absolutely gorgeous, and they’ve really nailed it for being open just two weeks! Plus, I treated myself to a Mai Tai during happy hour, and it was strong, refreshing, and oh-so-delicious!

All in all, if you’re looking for a spot to enjoy amazing food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere, I can highly recommend Coopers Food and Drink! We will definitely be returning soon!...

We were super excited to try out coopers as we had seen it was coming soon for quite sometime. When we got there it was a 30 minute wait for 2, which I expected as they have only been open a week. No problem there at all. My wife and I ordered some cocktails, the Mai tai for her and walnut old fashioned for me. Both were excellent. We also ordered the charcuterie board. We were advised to order an appetizer or salad as the wait for entrees was about 45 minutes. Again, it was packed and they just opened so no issue. The charcuterie board came after about 40 minute wait, and it was incredibly evident that it had been sitting out for some time. The cheese was translucent and many slices were melted to the board. The blue cheese crumbs were melted into a single clump and the meats were sweaty and warm. The waitress also brought the wrong drinks twice.

I had ordered a medium rare steak and onion rings and my wife ordered the caprese sandwich and French onion soup. My steak was very over cooked and tough, I’d say closer to medium well than anything and just barely warm. The onion rings were soggy, and the toast is just that…toast. No butter or salt. It was also room temperature

My wife’s sandwich was soggy on the bottom to the point it was falling apart, and her soup was lukewarm, sweet, and the cheese on top had already solidified back into a solid state.

All in all, Cooper’s has potential, but, their food lacks any kind of quality. We likely won’t be returning as the price point for their food does not match...

Been waiting for this place to open and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing, we had the charcuterie board and they were accommodating and didn't make it feel like a substitution request was ridiculous. The raspberry Jam was a nice addition and complimented the rest of the flavors unexpectedly. The pulled pork sandwich was not at all saucy, but very juicy and the smokiness was subtle and not overpowering which allowed all the rest of the flavors to be enjoyed. The Bolognese was delicious and flavorful and the garlic bread was soft and still crispy on the outside.. All meals hit spectacularly, good flavor, good portions and good presentation. We also tried a few cocktails and for me the Cooper's margarita was a pleasant twist on a traditional margarita. Definitely a highlight of our evening. We finished it off with desert of course that skillet cookie with the ice cream. The skillet was still sizzling and the cookie was crispy on the outside while remaining soft and gooey on the inside. The perfect kind of skillet cookie. Not to mention our server TODDY was very nice and attentive but not in a pressuring or disruptive/intrusive of date night way at all. She gave us the perfect amount of attentiveness, very polite and even had amazing recommendations! Overall one of the best dining experiences we have had in a while, will definitely be...
