Update: April 2025
This place gets that final star from me for keeping up their consistency. Their staff have absolutetly stepped it up recently and the dining room/facilities are always very clean. While the world may be on fire, it's nice to know I can get some good fries and a burger.
Update: November 2024
It looks like this place is actually making some steps in the right direction. I had to eat here recently out of necessity and they have had a much more consistenyly pleasant experience. The managers look like they cleaned up the place and they are running a much tighter ship. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food has been consistently hot and fresh. I'm hoping they keep it up and I'll be happy to bump my review to a full 5 stars!
Old review 2023:
Avoid this Mcdonalds like the plague.
I have been going here for years and its been like an abusive relationship. I'm never going here again because of the awful food and service. Literally every time I order food here it is always somehow ICE COLD and they manage to get my order wrong one way or another. At first I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but whoever the new manager is they are running this place in to the ground. They dont know how to run their staff and take shortcuts on literally everything. They are constantly giving out old stale food that is leftover from someone elses order and I'm sick of paying good money for awful food and service. On multiple occasions they have thrown away my food literally as I was standing in the waiting area watching them mess around on their phones.
I'm just done, never coming back to this place and I'm probably going to contact corporate and let them know this franchise is operating well below...
Read moreI'm not the type of guy to write a review, but it has to be done. Tonight, after a long time in the hospital, my wife and I were on our way home in need of something to eat. McDonald's (Insert Ancient Aliens Meme Here). You know what it is. Pulled up and it was a dark drive-thru besides the lighting on the menu sign #sketch #justbarelycrackthewindow. Isaac expeditiously took our order with utmost politeness. After paying for our order I asked a question about the hot sauce which he said he would ask one of his managers about and get back to me--I wanted to see if purchasing a case would be possible for personal reasons not concerning the reader (most likely some taboo unhealthy eating addiction). At the second window he accurately brought out the order and gave me his findings to the question I asked. The cool thing about Isaac is, I could tell from the moment we pulled up, to the time we left, he wasn't just helping us out with the order, but he was working hard behind the scenes. He made me feel that my problem was important and deserved the attention to detail it probably didn't deserve in a drive-thru. Isaac's customer service was top notch, fully deserving of a five-star rating in its own right. This gentleman is working a graveyard shift at a McDonald's drive-thru and his customer service is the best at any McDonald's location and better than 99% in the food industry I have ever encountered. I might be tired. Might be delirious, but this I know, Isaac is hardworking, dedicated to excellent service, and fully deserving of the recognition of character he displayed. Thank you and congratulations...
Read moreYesterday went through the drive through for lunch as I have done on a few occasions. Normally I have no issues with this location. However, this visit was a little different. The orders got switched as the truck beside me thought because he was there first, even though my.order was taken first..he needed to push first into the line. Now I understand how this can confuse the process and there is always that one impatient human.. but before handing food to a vehicle it should be called out to ensure its the correct bag..and if not then it's on the person at the window and once that food leaves the hands of the food handler, cannot be given to anyone else. I knew there was a mix up because the truck handed the food back to the food handler. After that was situated, I drove up and was handed the bag that the truck in front of me picked through. I brought It to her attention and said if this was that same bag, I DO NOT WANT IT. She then argued with me saying they didn't go through it. I know they did as I watched them through the back window. She just stood there holding the bag at me after me saying no. Now especially with the virus circulating I think she needs some training. I can't tell you how any times McDonald's has handed me the wrong food and when I tried to give it back, I was told to go ahead and keep it since they can't resell once it left the store. Soooo??? My dog had a meal he wasn't expecting. To prove they went through the bag, the cheeseburgers weren't even closed up. They were opened and laying on the top of the fries. I will not be using this...
