Sept 2022 Just got a Taro Milk tea with coconut jelly from here. The milk tea was decent, not amazing but not bad. Note the coconut jelly option is actually lychee jelly. The person who took my order told me this and asked if that was fine, which it was, but still disappointed. One minor annoyance is that I asked for less ice, but ended up with no ice instead. Not that big a deal, but still annoying. The staff were friendly and quick. A few things to note. The bubble tea place is inside the pho place. If you just want the bubble tea, go ahead and just order at the counter. They only have one size of drink, but the price is pretty good for the amount (says someone from the DC area). They gave me one of those buzzer things so I would know when my drink was ready. A bit strange for a bubble tea place, but that's how they do things.

My husband and I enjoy getting boba together when we run errands. We don’t come through Olympia/Lacey much so this was our first time at TinTin. We both got the Brown Sugar milk tea with tapioca and sea salt crema. After giving the drinks a good shake, we both found them to be to sweet. I left the sugar syrup alone and drank more from the top and enjoyed the flavor much more! My husbands drink was shaken more than mine and therefore overly sweet for him. My tapioca was mostly stuck together in a big clump. Even though this wasn’t our favorite, it could have been a off day or just not our style. I suggest trying it out though! It might be for you.

I am not sure if I visited on a wrong day, but my first impression with this boba shop was absolutely bad. The employee was very nice, but I am talking about the boba. It was the most tasteless boba in my life. As an Asian guy, I don't like the drink to be too sweet, but even for me, the boba was not sweet at all. The drinks were not very flavorful, and even the bubbles were not sweet at all.

DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE

This place used be to great. Good food and good drinks. In the last few months I've had friends mention to me they have found insects in their food.

I kept coming here because I enjoy the taro slush and figured there wasn't a chance of that with the bobba drinks. The last few tines I've come through for a drink they have had terrible customer service and I witnessed an employee using dirty blenders straight out of the dish sink to make people's drinks. I've had worse so of course I continued to come get my drink.

A couple times I've asked them to remake it because they have gradually made their drinks less and less quality and more and more watery. Today they handed me a taro that Is more water and ice than anything else. I asked for a refund and they wouldn't oblige. The whole place seems to be going under.

To me, bugs, poor customer service, and watered down drinks is a 3 for 3. I won't be shopping...

I didn’t actually have a chance to buy a drink from here, but the bizarre experience is worth the five stars.

Their window signs and website states they close at 10:00 pm, and I pulled up at 8:50 pm on a Saturday night. Sitting in my car with my daughter, I saw through the window four or five employees staring at us, turning to talk to each other, and then staring back at us. As soon as I turned off my car’s headlights, they turned off the store lights, and all but one employee quickly disappeared from view. It was kinda bizarre.

We came from out of state and had been driving all day, but I wasn’t even disappointed that I didn’t get to buy a drink from your store. As tired as I was, the idea of all the tea elves quickly disappearing from view when seen by human eyes was enough to make me laugh and get on with the rest of my drive that night. Five stars for the...
