I never write google reviews but here goes: It was 6:50pm on a Friday night. I was craving deep dish pizza from little ceasars. I live a good 20 minutes from lacey, so I decided to order online so I wouldn't have to wait too long. I set the time for 7:45 just in case there was traffic. I got to the store okay and popped in at the right time, 2 gentlemen were ahead of me ordering from the hot and ready bar. Alas, my food wasn't ready. No biggie, the app said 7:45-7:50. The man working the counter asks if I was online ordering and then for my name. He said that it was almost ready. More customers come in and the man is running around frantic trying to get pizzas done. He piles up my food when I tell him it should be 2 deep dishes, and he tells me it's gonna be a bit of a wait. No problem, I don't have plans. More and more people walk in. The man apologizes to everyone, he said that the general manager walked out, almost everyone was on break, and nobody else knew the menu yet. I decided to chat up the other customers who were waiting on online orders when a second employee walked out. We thought he was quitting. He came back in shortly after with a drink from subway. Are you kidding me? Everyone deserves breaks but you left your coworkers hanging for a soda. The original employee tells the lobby full of about 13 people that new orders were gonna take an hour to complete. Several disgruntled people left and the ones still waiting with me became increasingly frustrated and rude to this guy. He manages to get the pizzas to the other people and finally gets my deep dish out. I ask for his name and the direction of the tip jar. It was 8:05. Richard, I hope you're reading this and know that I wish I could have given more than a 10$ but I was short on petty cash. These five stars are for you, I can't imagine handling a lobby of rude people and a kitchen full of newbies while still prepping...
Read moreI was returning home from a road trip. Thought it would be nice to order dinner for the family (Lacey Wa- College Street Litlle Cesar's Pizza) I went to order online, placed my order (inwhich I would receive an order of crazy bread). Well my order would not go through, there was an error with little cesars college st. online ordering system. The error message said to call the store and it gave the phone number. When I spoke to the the girl who took my order, and I told her I have a code for the free order of crazy bread. She said I am sorry, you can't use the code and the free order of cheesy bread. I made the order anyway. I went the store(College St. in Lacey Wa). Ipicked up my oreder. When I got home and my family and I started to eat the Pan Pizza and Italian Cheesey Bread, it was not fully cooked. The dough on both the pizza and cheesy bread was under cooked. The toppings on the pizza were very skimpy, not much ham or cheese. When I called and talked to the girl (Manager), she informed me the store has new ownership and the store policies have changed. She said I could bring it back along with my receipt and she would get me new ones. I was not going to waste any more of my time. We just added more toppings and cheese at home and baked it again in our oven. Poor quality of food and service. I will not order from this store again. Very Dissatisfied and...
Read moreHorrible service! Tried to order online, only to be told they were suffering from technical difficulties so I HAD to call into the store. No big deal, whatever, I can handle social interactions.
Apparently the staff here at this location CANNOT handle social interactions though. After placing the EXACT SAME ORDER over the phone, I was told my total was going to be $5 more expensive than what I had been quoted online.
When I asked about why, they told me there was an "online special only" meal deal that I COULD NOT GET "In House" or "Over The Phone"
When I explained the only reason I was calling in was because the website, AT CHECKOUT, said they were having technical issues it TOLD ME TO CALL IN.
I asked if that then meant, because of your technical difficulties, I was out the $5 and was told "I guess so" I tried to further clarify and asked "There is nothing you can do for me?" and was immediately told "No"
I promptly canceled my order. I will not be ordering from this location again, or honestly from the whole chain if this is how customers get treated.
Very disappointed. Long time fan, but I have standards. It may be cheap pizza, but customer service is very basic to provide....
