Toto's Teriyaki & Wok — Restaurant in Lacey

I have been coming to this restaurant irregularly since 2005. I'm familiar with the owners however I don't know their names, nor have I carried a conversation with them outside of the purchases I have made, any interaction I have had with them have been nothing but cordial and professional. This is my personal favorite restaurant of all time. My Dad brought me here for the first time when I was ten years old while we were out house hunting. Our realtor recommended the place to us out of the blue saying that it just opened. I now bring my Wife and Daughter here from time to time as it is kind of a treat. I have ordered the same dish for the last 15 years, the Chicken Teriyaki plate. It's delicious, I would swear by it. One of the first things I noticed after coming here for the first time was the tile floor was incredibly sticky. After walking on tile onto a carpet runner my shoe literally stuck to the carpet with each step. I chose a table already set up with napkins and silverware to later discover a grimy spot. When I wiped my napkin across it my napkin was dirty. The lady at the counter was nice enough but I swear she overcharged us and then asked if we were doing takeout and we said we prefer Dine-in and she said they're closing soon and when we asked when it was an hour from the time we were there which I thought was kind of odd. My girlfriend and I recently moved to the area and were looking for Chinese food and happened upon this stores reviews and decided to try them out. I ordered orange chicken and she ordered vegetable yakisoba. Her food was made with spaghetti noodles and my food was very inconsistent in both texture and taste. We both ate part of our food and decided to go elsewhere. I spent the rest of my night in the bathroom feeling sick. Most of the chicken was made with dark meat, which did not taste as good as other restaurants that I've been to and was very mushy.
