Once again, Iâm here to review because a coffee budget isnât a necessity itâs a luxury amd now on every corner there is a new one popping up Jett, PJâs, REVE I mean really sooo âŠ. whenever my issue with CCs is when youâre used to getting something as a customer for years I mean yearsssss the same type of product, the same customer service, great customer service and then all of a sudden it changes on you and then youâre asking questions because you donât understand why , And they catch an attitude with you or one morning threaten to call the cops on you because you refuse to leave without your drink that you ordered online that your a little early for and the barista /assistant manager doesnât want to look it up , when all the other baristas always do , well itâs quite frustrating, Then day after day you get horrible tasting expresso 22s when itâs already inconsistent to begin with , I just want to let you know they have way too many coffee houses now to be treating customers this way with your inconsistent drinks and I know you wonât care cause you donât respond to anything that I ever email or review about , but just to let you know I was an avid customer of Ccs Coffee house twice a day, sometimes 3 at $12 bucks a pop, including the tip because at times the good really is really good but now Iâm not even gonna put myself through this anymore after the cop threat and the attitudes today over a 1/2 pound of expresso beans that I now have to go inside to get because you have to take the scale out, lame excuse , but who cares , Jett is open and I have had the pleasure of their coffee recently that is good and closer to my house less gas to be treated better , so peace out CCâs. If your corporation is going to share the same name then you should train the same...
Read moreA friend and I visited this coffee house just before 2.00pm on Thursday 6 June 2024.
We both orderd the blueberry scones (warmed). I had a Super Grande Turtle Mochasippi and she had a Tall Rose Glow.
The bill was $19.36 tax included.
My friend described the scones as "gummy" inside. They were only properly baked on the outside. I did go to the counter to mention that scones shouldn't be that texture and as soon as I mentioned the word "scone" the female manager said she knew what I was going to say. Apparently they do not bake or buy in the scones fresh, instead they are frozen and defrosted/warmed in the oven!
The manageress said that her own scones were much better, a terrible indictment for the coffee shop.
I suggested that they might be better off defrosting the scones in their fridge and then warming in the oven; but this just brought a shrug of the shoulders.
In order to defrost and warm scones in an oven, it would take around 10-15 minutes; but these were served "straight from the oven" just after our drinks were made, the obvious implication being that they had just been baked; which was not true. The young male server forgot the butter and the manageress added whipped cream to my drink despite my asking for it without.
The last quarter of my Mochasippi was an undrinkable gooey mess and my friend didn't finish her tasteless Rose Glow.
A very poor but...
Read moreLove getting my Latte fix here but I probably wonât be coming back. As soon as I was about to pay, the lady at the window mentioned $7.16 and I was shocked to here that. I asked her to repeat the price and said the same thing. So I decided to shrug it off and hand her my money. She doesnât even bother asking if I needed my receipt and give me back my remaining change. I let it slide since I needed to head to work. I went to another CCs location the other day and they still charged me the same price of $5.69. So Iâm wondering why this place charged me that much? $7 is way too much for...
