I usually visit this church's more than the other one but the attitudes that they've been having because they don't want to listen to what we're ordering before speaking is absurd. My husband placed the order on the speaker & the girl kept cutting him off. Whenever we got to the window, all of our food was wrong but he'd already pulled up before I could check my bag. The doors were locked so I had to walk to the busy drive thru to try to get it corrected. The girl who took our order was very rude & still wasn't listening. I told her, I'm telling you what we ordered. We know what we ordered & it was plain & simple. She rang it up wrong & didn't want to correct it. I'm trying to tell her what the order was supposed to be & she put a leg in a bag, gave it to the lady who was pushing out the orders, balled up her lips, & rolled her eyes. That leg still wasn't the only thing that was missing from our order. She does not need to be working in customer service or she needs to be retrained & learn to use her ears & listen prior to speaking over people, asking anything else. She didn't call the order back to us, just told us to pull up. She's very unprofessional. The manager was sitting in the office with her chair turned to the kitchen area, chit chatting with the workers & was of no help to the customers either. You'd think they'd want to make it right but they didn't. Wanted me to pay for their mistake. I had to stop my husband from telling the girl to listen while he was ordering. I'll take my money to Popeyes or next door to Soul Haus. The food is always fresh at Soul Haus anyway. That little hard, dried up chicken that they gave us T Church's was unbelievable. It should've been chicken cracklings. People work hard for their money. We expect hot & fresh food just as they would. Do better! By the way, this was the night crew on Wednesday, August 7, 2024....
Read moreWorst service ever! Ordered a 20 pc legs and thighs in the drive thru...they told me to pull into a spot because they were waiting on legs to cook. 25 minutes later, still no order. I called and they said they were going in order and they were still waiting on legs. Another 10 minutes and I saw others that pulled in to wait for their order a good 10 minutes after me got their order. I called again and they were still waiting on legs! I was very upset, tried to explain that they weren't going in order...especially when I could see that the dining room customers were getting their orders quickly. Then the one I was talking to on the phone hung up on me! I went inside to get my money back and the manager (Kelsey) didn't apologize...could barely talk to me. I saw on their order screen that my order had been up there for 35 minutes! I will not be going back to this...
