I guess I should have taken a picture before I gave them the chicken back. I just ordered an eight piece chicken strip box for dinner. Opened it, and at least two of them weren't but about three inches long and were all dried out on the end. The rest, not much bigger than that and very skinny. I'm not paying $22.46 for puny little chicken tenders. I don't care what anybody thinks. It's a sad world we live in when the price of food is ridiculous, and then you don't even get what you're paying for. But as if, that wasn't enough... while the manager or shift supervisor is at the cash register getting my money back for me. The girl opens the box and states mmm yummy." Knowing it was possible that she was being sarcastic and more probable, but not a 100% positive. I asked, "Are you meaning that for real?" And she states, They just came up and they look like they always look. I told the manager that she had better look at them. Cause that's not how they should look. They look like they've been sitting there a while or were just rewarmed or something. And yes, I had to inform them that in the past, I have been in restaurant management, this wasn't acceptable. I never would have allowed one of my employees to mock or make fun of a customer at one of the restaurants I worked at. Seems to me people think that they can charge us whatever they want, give us whatever they feel like, and react to us in any way they see fit nowadays. More importantly I guess they feel they can get by with it. This happened to me at the KFC on Memorial Parkway in Lafayette, Indiana. Right next to Walmart. I won't be back here again. They just lost my business, may not mean much to the employees. In the long run, I bet it means something to the owner. They forget how word-of-mouth travels. And I usually don't post on Facebook, like this. However, I'm just tired of this. This is gonna be the first time I spoke out, but it won't be the last time! In the meantime, you all my want to visit the Culver's just down from St Rd. 26, right near Lowes store. 99% of the time I get great service & Great food from there! I feel fairly good about paying for what I get there....
Read moreThe staff was very rude! When I asked if they could put more food in buffet, since barely any available, they stated that since an hour away from when they stop taking buffet order, which was 7pm, that they dont put more stuff out. This was after i just paid $66 for my family and we did not even eat yet. There were also other people still eating buffet that were there before me, and they were still taking buffet order, so it made sense to put more food out. I asked to speak to manager and she was not much more of help. She huffed and puffed the entire time. One of the workers was about to leave from shift and she put stuff down and got food out for customers. She was only helo. Also they had no tea available in seating area and it was such a hassle for manager to make tea so she then had someone give me cup of tea to me from drive thru tea. I was dissatisfied in their customer service skills..they were...
