I ordered online for carryout. The app prompts you to click a button when you arrive. It told me I was 4th in line and to hang tight til it prompts me to walk in and pickup my cookies. I wait until it went from saying I am 4th in line to how was your experience?? I walk in, wait. 8 others go through....I inquire on my cookies and the "trainer" tells me that they called my name 5 times repeatedly and since I wasnt here they are now gone and that is my fault but that she would start them over again. Excuse me?! How is following prompts and heading in for my party pack my fault?!?! How can you give my order which was paid for to someone else? How can you tell me it's my fault? And then icing on the cake, they are out of cookie dough and choc chip now.....what would I like instead!!!! Obviously, my first order was out of nothing! All of this could have been rectified by a simple my apologies let me get that restarted for you. I didn't purchase one 3 or 6 cookies. I purchased 12.
