Arni’s Lafayette 350 South — Restaurant in Lafayette

This is my first time eating at this place. At any of the restaurants really. The atmosphere is nice and our waitress Tori, was excellent. We had two orders of garlic bread, loaded cheese fries, barbecue wings, a 10in 4 topping pizza, and the southern fried chicken salad with Thousand Island. The food itself was very tasty and very flavorful. The barbecue sauce on the wings has a bit of a Tang to it, they actually call them Tangy barbecue wings. Salad and homemade Thousand Island was also delicious. The fried chicken is very flavorful and the junior size is filling enough. The loaded cheese fries come with a mound of two types of cheese and bacon which makes everything great, but the flavor profile with these fries was delicious and Rich. The pizza, is its own category really. It is a crustless pizza that is full of toppings, but the toppings are crumbles. So whether you're looking for pepperoni, sausage, beef, Etc, you're going to get crumbled meat toppings versus sliced or chunkier of anything. The sauce on the pizza was very flavorful, it's not as sweet as I prefer, but it was a good solid pizza sauce. The 10-inch is cut Chicago style So it is all squares for the most part. The Manager working evenings at this locations name is Willis also goes by WR according to his workers. His customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE!! My order was wrong so I called to have it replaced gladly willing to bring in the the mistaked order and in his words told me " well you didnt get for the extra items you asked to have added to your item so your fine" I said but it's not what I ordered so in turn not what I paid for and would like a replacement of what I intended to pay for and eat. This food regardless of if I paid for the extra items was wrong so in turn should have been replaced with what I ordered. He then proceeded to say "I'm not willing to help you any further have a good night." I then asked for his boss information in which he again refused to provide me. As a customer the service I receive from ANY EMPLOYEE ESPECIALLY A MANAGER IS FIRST PRIORITY! WILLIS AKA WR ABSOLUTELY IS NOT MANAGMENT MATERIAL AND SHOULD BE DEMOTED...

Apparently arnis pizza is best served lukewarm to cold. Consistently have problems with carry out at this location. I Asked for my pizza to be well done but they must have forgot. Waited for ten minutes for someone to check me out at the carry out counter. The place was not busy at all. There were multiple just standing behind the counter doing nothing. As much as it is an arnis problem the root of it stems from the work ethic of our youth these days unfortunately. The expectations are exceedingly low for any food service so I suppose they were on par in that case. That’s why I gave them 2 stars. Will not be eating at this location again. I’ll drive to Rossville to get arnis and I will get what ordered and still have it back home...
