Absolutely horrible customer service! My husband and I went into there store this past Saturday was n there for about 30 minutes looking around and no one asked if we needed help until we where walkin out . Then today i went in did not get asked if i needed help until the other customers had left , with a few employees tht from wht i could see they weren't helping anyone. I was interested in a set tht was on the site, and also asked about why was the price different on the site and the kiosk ,& was told if anything had to be a special order they could change the price. They are extremely unprofessional in the location. So i called and made a complaint at the corporate office. Well the manager not sure if it was the zone manager which is Jake r the regional manager calls be back basically telling me im lying about not being helped , i was supposedly asked if i needee help with in 3 minutes of being there when i wasnt , n was told it was on camera. If it was supposedly on camera then the manager would have seen me wait n line for a few minutes , then went to the kiosk then went look around n the back then came back to the front then i was asked if i needed help . Not any tine before tht . So for this so called manager to call me n argue on the phone with me was extremely uncalled for . I want to speak to the regional manger and if not him then i want to speak to the owner . If i cant get to hin then i will go to your corporate office on pinhook here n Lafayette until i speak...
Read moreFirst off I had some furniture, end up losing my job was trying my best to still pay for it a employee tells me they have an unemployment plan where they would pay one month for you since you’re still paying for it monthly. Do you think they paid that one month for me? No. They just let the bill get ran up and decided to come pick it up. If they didn’t have any intentions on paying that one month for me why even recommend the plan to me? Plus I told them I had a new job they just couldn’t wait and plus the item I had was on CLEARANCE!! Not over 500 dollars and y’all treated it like it was a million dollar item. Well, here it is 4 months later and still no refund. I have spoken to 4 different employees at the Castille location, and they all said the same thing : let me talk to my manager, and I will call you right back. I literally have no tolerance for liars.
