Avoid this place! The staff was incredibly rude and provided the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. While in the courtyard, my wristband accidentally came off due to rain. Despite showing the wristband in my hand, they refused to let me back in. The staff insulted me, calling me “broke” for not buying a new wristband, and one employee approached me in a confrontational manner, as if looking for a fight. Another worker, who saw I originally had a wristband in the building, still refused entry and claimed he was being “nice” by not cursing me out. Me and my friends love to go out to Marley’s on the weekends. However, we have had awful experiences with the bouncer at the front door repeatedly. He manhandled my friend when she forgot to get a wristband. Like forcibly grabbed her and pulled her over. You should not put your hands on a woman like that. They took my 40$ ID Saying it’s fake so I provided my LA Wallet. They wouldn’t accept any it and kicked me out. Now I since I bought a completely new id. They have nonstop harassed me.
