I came in with a simple problem regarding my subwoofers and asked them to look at it. Instead, the guy who seemed to be in charge insisted that he knew what the problem was without having to look at it. He referred me to a store down the street to purchase a new amplifier because he claimed it would be cheaper than what he had in stock. Nevertheless, I bought the cheaper amp and came back to have him install it. After installing it he told me that my subwoofers backed when he hooked up the new amp so I would need to buy new subs to get my system to work. He charged me $60 for the original install and continued to talk me into buying new subwoofers from him. Since I had already invested $160 and my system didn't work, I decided to get the least expensive ones in the store ($100). So he installed some subs that they had on display in the store and they finally worked. I paid and drove off, excited to leave for my road trip the next day yet still disappointed in the money I was talked into spending. An hour and a half into my trip to Michigan my subs completely turned off. I took my car back in for him to look at and after a diagnoses he tells me that the volt converter isn't compatible with my stock radio and its causing problems. STAY AWAY! I walked in and asked this guy for a minimum of 200 watt speakers. He ASSURED me I only needed 100 watt speakers in a 2019 Ram. From the moment I picked up the truck I was in absolute tears. First, the droning sound. If this guy was an actual professional and knew so much about Rams like he exaggerated and claimed he was, he would have fixed the droning. Instead - I used forums to figure out what part I needed to to fix it. Second - the 100 watt speakers he put in my truck are blown. They were blown from the moment I started listening to them. They claim to be open until 7 but I have gone up to that place at 3:00pm and I can assure you they are NEVER there past 3 in the afternoon. They NEVER answer the phone. I have filed two fraudulent claims against this company. This guy does NOT know car audio. I should have went to the guy off 52 that works out of his garage.
