Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Lafayette

This afternoon my son Dwight Jr and I visited location. David welcomed us upon walking in. He was very busy making pizza etc. I proceeded to utilize the app although I kept receiving error messages. Once I was ready to place our order at the counter, I was provided superb customer service by CJ, delivery driver. He efficiently ensured that our order was accurately inputted into computer. We received our order in 15-20 minutes piping hot. David ensured my son’s safety upon handing over our 4 boxes. We ordered 10in cheese sticks, original crust pepperoni for $7.99, large sausage, bacon, pepperoni, black olives, Canadian bacon pizza, and a small gluten free grilled chicken with Alfredo sauce pizza. Overall my family and I enjoyed our meal. I was pleased to have saved $15 by using a Papa John’s giftcard I was blessed with due to completing a survey online via InboxDollars app. God bless us all...

The fresh, great tasteful of their atypical pizza product is superb. I love their bread-sticks; as well as, their snacks. Their staff (at least the evening/night staff, from my experiences) was very warm and welcoming.

IMPORTANT ADD ON NOTE: One night late, I had an automobile break down near their store on West Congress Street, Lafayette, LA and it was very near or at the "closing" hour time-wise. The on-duty Papa John's Manager and even another staff member who was off for the night already stayed behind with me until I had secured a proper tow service. The staff staying with me that night, even after closing the store and off the time-clock; was far and above the call of normal duty. For this reviewer, I'm glad they did. I ordered a pizza online to be picked up. When I got there 15 minutes later, my pizza order was no where to be found. Not only did they have no idea where it was or what to do about it, but they then assumed I was at the wrong location so the attitude among them all was "it's your fault nothing we can do" so I went back to my car to retrieve my phone and showed them the email. Crazy enough they found it right after. Anyway. Papa johns still remains my favorite pizza joint regardless of staff and locations. Delivery is always great (and worth just...
