I went in the location around 7:30 pm on 3/10/2022. There was a line. While waiting in line I kept hearing someone with a runny nose sniffing. Upon looking around the customers with children, I became aware that the sniffing was coming from the sandwich artist that was putting toppings on a family's sandwiches. The sniffing continued for quite some time. We were waiting a LONG time in line. After a few moments of continuous sniffing, the associate proceeded to wipe his nose on his shirt sleeve or arm. This disgusted several customers. Two walked out after that. The group behind me made a comment to the associate to change his gloves, upon which the associate rebuttal was "I wiped my nose on my shirt". This is very inappropriate. There was another person (purple streak in their hair, male) there, not sure if they were MOD or what, but he threatened to kick out the gentleman who said to change the glove. My husband came to this location on 08/28/22 at about 11 AM. The young lady at the counter had a friend or boyfriend there and did not notice my husband come in for a few minutes. I wanted white bread, but there was none as they were still baking, so I got wheat instead, no big deal, but the big deal is how horrible the sandwich turned out. I got a 6 inch Italian bmt. It was the saddest sandwich I have ever seen in my life. There was hardly any meat on my sandwich with a pound of mayo on it to boot. I could not even finish my sandwich as the globs of mayo just overpowered everything. Ordered through the website for pick up. Everything is type out to be read, but obviously no one can read unfortunately. Sons chicken bacon ranch plus avocado had no chicken on half the sandwich and no avocado(so got charged for nothing, they could have called or something)
I ordered a turkey sub with american cheese with different veggies and extra mayo, didn't give me an option for toasted for some reason so I put it in the instructions. It wasn't toasted, they didn't put cheese on it, and dot of mayo(may as well have been none).
