I dropped off the exact information that I wanted on my vin plate and was promised that the model and year would be on it. I was told that I would be emailed when it was ready. I didn't get an email. I figured after a week that it should done, so I stopped by to get it. I saw that it wasn't printed the way I asked. When I showed it to the cashier, she just said, "that is the way we print them. It doesn't need a model or year on it." I am very disappointed. I won't be back. The customer deserves to get what they were promised. "That's the way we do it" doesn't cut it in the real world. Great and friendly staff have helped me with several projects with superb results. They have a lot of combined knowledge and worked great with me to help me out with short notice. One project I came in with one idea and due to their expertise I walked out with a better idea then I went in with that came out much better. Prices are fair and work is done in a very timely manner....
