Horrible customer service. The drive-thru is almost always shut down. The one time I get there and it's not closed, they are only taking orders from an individual on one side of the building, opposite the drive-thru box, and since I entered the drive-thru from a different direction I was forced to drive around the building and once doing so, the individual who was taking orders, said their signal was bad and they couldn't get a signal on their tablet to take my order. I waited quite a while while they went inside to try to fix the issue. When I drove around the building to speak to someone through the drive-thru, once it was empty, I was met with very harsh and disrespectful greetings from an employee who was working the drive-thru. They very aggressively told me that I couldn't be there and I need to go around. When I tried to explain to them what was going on and why I had come to their window, I was met with more disrespect and aggression which caused me to ask for a manager. The manager who initially came to the window, I'm told was called Sean. I'm not sure if that was his actual name or false name given, however he was not very helpful or apologetic about it and simply in a more calm manner told me he couldn't help me. even though they were not able to help me when I was at the designated area and he told me to Simply drive back around to the other area. It wasn't the issue of driving to the area outside of the drive-thru, it was the horrible way I was spoken to by the previous person and then his nonchalant attitude about the whole situation. I then spoke with another manager, a female, who seem to be much nicer and had a much more professional manner about her. I explained to her what was going on and that I would not hold up their drive through any longer with my complaint, but informed her that the young lady, and I use that term politely (because she had to be in her mid to late forties), was very rude and disrespectful in the whole time that the manager is speaking to me she is in the back yelling about me and being rude threatening to call the police if I don't get out of their drive-thru. Mind you I was respectful the whole time. I want to emphasize I did not yell or curse or even speak with a bad attitude. I merely wanted to be heard as a customer and treated with respect. I thanked the last person I spoke to and promptly left the drive-thru so that I would not hold up any other people, but I promised that I would make sure that corporate understood the treatment I received. This was not the first time I or other people I know have encountered bad service at this location. It is absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have been to in a while. And as a side note, I was told by someone else who works there that the only reason they are taking orders outside of the drive-thru, is the trick the timing system into thinking they're making good time when they're assisting customers. Read moreI haven't eaten at any taco Bell since my last experience with the food and staff, which has been over 6 months ago. I went through the drive thru and ordered two soft tacos supreme without tomatoes and a cinnatwist for my son, which they absolutely slathered with tomato so bad that my son couldn't eat it because the tomato juice covered the entire tacos on the inside of course. And for myself I ordered two of the seasoned fries they have every so often. Well when I got it they had forgotten one order. So I parked and went inside to show them my order was missing a fry and not only was the cashier rude about it but they made me sit there and wait a good 15 minutes for one order of fries! And they weren't busy! There was only one couple in the whole restaurant eating already! Then while waiting up at the front I just so happened to be able to see the guy who was making the fries, which must have been his main job that day, well he did have gloves on the entire time while making them but, and I promise you that with his left hand, (the hand he was mostly using to touch everything and to throw fries in the deep fryer) he kept wiping the snot from his nose WITH THE SAME HAND! As he obviously had a pretty bad cold or the flu! And not once did he bother changing his gloves or to stop and wash his hands the entire time while handling the food and more than likely passing germs and snot onto those fries! I definitely should have said something but I am the type to avoid any type of conflict or confrontation and I just took the food and left without a word. But I threw all of it into the trash as I was not about to let my son nor myself eat anything that might have been contaminated! Looking back on it now I know I made a huge mistake for not saying anything at all and I felt so bad about it because who knows if someone ate those fries and ended up getting sick or not. I know I will be saying something and speaking up from now on if I were to see anything like this again! Read moreTell me why there is only one person ahead of my girlfriend and she pulls up to get her food that we placed on the app and When I get home I am missing a chalupa so I call and let them know I had a forgotten item and asked if I could come back to get the item (out of politeness even though it’s a $5 item that I didn’t receive) and they said they would make it and just pull up and let us know what you’re here for. So when my girlfriend pulls back up the guy at the speaker audibly sighs and says “hold on”. And when she pulls up to the window, he begins getting confrontational with her saying “ we don’t have that “ and continues to argue with her until someone behind the window tells him that I did call and to just give it to her. The guy had an attitude, the rest of the interaction. Also, I forgot to add that while there was only one car in front of my girlfriend. There were a few employees hanging out at a motorcycle outside and only one employee inside. What’s crazy is I think every experience I’ve had with this Taco Bell has been a nightmare. Not that this review will matter, but good luck in life to those who get mad at a customer at the job they work at for them, not even doing the bare minimum.
