Hadn't been here in a while, because of the bad customer service. However, we thought we'd give it another chance. First of all, the server took a while to get to our table (wasn't very busy). No problem, things happen. Next, I ask the server if the nachos can be made with ground beef instead of the chili stuff. She said, yes. The manager brings out the nachos with the chili sauce. We explain to him that our kids won't eat it, that we clarified with the server, and that this was their entree. He said they could not make it with ground beef so, we have to order something else for the kids. I asked if we could keep the nachos for the inconvenience, and the waitress informed us that the manager said no. In the meantime, other tables that arrived after us, are getting their food, while we haven't even gotten our cheese curd appetizer. My husband asks the manager why we haven't gotten our entrees that him and I ordered before the nacho incident. He says, they are just busy, but we tell him that they clearly are not. We waited an hour before our food finally came. The manager tells us THEN that they are out of the appetizer and offers to replace it with something else. We did, and it wasn't very good. Not to mention, our curly fries were cold, the waitress gave me the wrong type of drink for my refill, and the manager was just down right unpleasant. The waitress kept apologizing, but the manager never did.
We will NOT be back every again. In addition, I have shared this experience with others, and several of our friends/family have had bad customer service at this...
Read moreI had to leave a 1 star but it wouldn't let me leave a zero. Did a call in order for pick up and when I arrived I walked to the bar side. Stood there for a few minutes before a man asked if I had an order in. He went to the kitchen, came back out, walked right past me with TV remotes in hand and started to adjust the channels without even saying one word to me on where my food was at. I then waited more and finally a lady from the back came up front and I asked who that man was. She said the manager. I asked for a cooperate number or equivalent. She said there was no such thing. Hmmmmm. I went to the Manger, still messing with the TVs and said to him " Are the TVs mire important than customer service?" He looked at me with a FU look then went back to the TVs. I finally received my food and asked again for a number to the higher office and again was refused. Asked thr manager once more if the TVs were more important than helping customers and he just looked at me again. He never once even tried to assist me or fix my situation. He totally blew me off. Not a professional way to be as a manager. Of course I am certain this post will not get any attention as well nor will anyone even contact me. This place is good but the manager needs to be...

We go to Wings Etc. at least 2 to 4 times a month. It has become our go to place for food in the area when we haven't made dinner plans. We love the size of their boneless wings and all the different sauces they use. Most of us love the Me-So-Spicy and Say It Ain't Tso, but the kids love the Honey Mustard and Sweet Chili Cha-Cha. Lately, however, our experience has been less than stellar.
The wing sizes have dramatically decreased. They use to be between 1.5 to 2 inches in length and were very meaty. Now, the majority fall below 1 inch in size, with an occasional large one in the mix.
The second issue is their sauces. While the sauces remain the same, they have been skimping on sauce use. The pieces use to be completely covered and maybe over drenched. However, in the last 2 months, you would be lucky to get 1 out of 10 pieces completely covered in sauce.
They also got rid of their usual Monday special to promote this $0.59 cent anniversary special.
Hopefully, things will get better soon. Hopefully, the wing sizes go back to the way they use to be and the sauces are more liberally applied. Only...
