I was unfortunate enough to have a woman with a sour attitude take my order & prepare it. She helped me once before & she is condescending, acts like she has far better things to do than help me. The sandwiches are good & that's why we go back. But that woman needs to develop some customer service skills or go elsewhere. I always tip 20-30% at checkout if I've gotten good service there. Needless to say no tip for her any of the times she's prepared our order. And I told her this eve she missed out on a great tip. She didn't seem to care. This jersey mikes does do anything accommodating. Will not put a cold sub on the grill, will not just switch a meat out for anything I’ve asked instead of the cappacuolo can I get extra salami.. “no unless you want to pay for extra meat” there’s nothing extra going on it it’s replacing on circle meat for another. And honestly they short you on meat. If you want your sub made right ask them to weight the sandwich while making it. They have a guideline to follow on how much it should weight after they are done making it! Also $20 bucks for one sub...

I had to remove a star because my husband's sandwich was missing all of the toppings. He ordered buffalo chicken and it only had bland chicken and cheese. It did not match the description.

The atmosphere is nice, what you'd expect from a chain sub shop. The customer service is okay. We had a pick up order and they made my husband show my phone in order to get my order, though we have the same last name. We understood it though.
