Romeo's Pizza — Restaurant in LaGrange

Well I have been a routine customer since they opened, however this Saturday evening was a disaster. I ordered small pizza,wings and some mozzarella sticks. Being the weekend I knew it would be busy, however after paid and told Wait in my car they would bring it out to me. The girl who was bringing things out had no clue what was going on, and instead of bringing orders out she was on the phone taking orders , needless to say I had to go back in , she said my pizza was not done and to wait, she told me my other food was finished and sitting for the last half hour, oh goody I said,and she assured me it was ok, now after waiting for more than an hour I got my pizza , it was thin crust, what I didn’t order, it was over cooked and was like cardboard, sticks were cold and hard, ended up in the trash, called and was put on hold and hung up on twice. I've been a regular customer since they opened here in LaGrange and their food and service had been consistently good until today 1/21/23. I ordered by phone and was told 1-1/2 hours. I had no problem with that especially on a Saturday evening. First, a polite thank you on the phone after placing my order would be considered reasonable. Or even saying "your welcome" when I say thank you, instead of just hanging up. Second my order consisted of a medium supreme, a brownie, and a 2 liter Mountain Dew. Let's just say the only thing that arrived at the proper temperature was the Mountain Dew. The other 2 items were room temperature at best. I see I'm not the only complaining about wait times and cold food. We love the Elyria store and decided to try this location, and regretted it. We placed an order through the app, and arrived 20 minutes later. Were told the order wasn't ready yet, but would be just 5-10 minutes. Well over 30 minutes later standing in the cold, after watching other angry customers come in and out, some cancelling their orders, we were given our order. The pizza had just come out, but our chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks had been sitting there the entire time.
