The Laguna Hills Civic Center is truly such a sweet hidden gem in Orange County! I am a courthouse photographer and my studio captures so many beautiful weddings at this courthouse, it truly is one of our favorites and serves as the perfect spot for your sweet elopement. Something we love about it is the proximity to the beach. You can easily take a backroad drive to Laguna Beach and capture some additional couples photos by the ocean. Everyone that works at the Laguna Hills Civic Center has always been so kind and wonderful to work with plus parking is free, so easy and convenient making your day that much more stress free. One star for nice building. Here you will find typical government workers that do not proactively work. Initially I was told to fill out form on computer and then I politely waited with my baby in the stroller in the waiting area. Despite having no customers at three of the desks, no one indicated that I should come up and get the requested birth certificate even though that was the process. I watched other patrons submit the computer form and then go up. Meanwhile my baby fusses... and I have to wait longer for the new patrons to finish their requests. Poor...

Scheduled an appointment to obtain a marriage license. To make the process quicker it had you fill out the information online before you go in. When we arrived there was no line at all, everybody was doing their jobs and assisting everybody as best as they could, the place looks very pretty and well-maintained. Tbh, I don’t even think you have to schedule an appointment because of how not busy it is, I’m not sure though. Highly recommend this place to anyone trying to obtain any type...
