i love it here. the service is so friendly, no too formal where it feels stiff and awkward. its a comfortable location to have lunch and dinner. all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. they have all types of channels on their multiple tvs, ranging from sports to dog competitions. there are no raging drunks making the vibe unsettling, everyone is so chill.
i came here with my grandparents and they found many things to enjoy in the food and the atmosphere. it's friendly to all types of people, even with the bar. the music taste is great and i enjoy listening to all of the classics from the 80s and 90s with my grandparents who were in their prime when these songs were coming out.
thanks to the jukebox machine, you can play your own music for the price of $1 (as long as you're patient), perfect way to gain engagement with their customers. they have a place for a live band to play, no one was playing when we went personally but i would love to come again and experience that while eating my food here.
there's a quaint outside area for kids to play with different games. they have both electronic and physical games that are perfect for developing their brains and their hand-eye coordination. they have a mini arcade in the corner as well as bean bag games outside.
the food was amazing. the portions are generous and everything was put together with a purpose. i had a turkey club, my grandmother had the cob salad, and my grandfather had the BLT. my grandpa and i were barely able to finish our meals and we were very hungry when we came here. my grandma is taking leftovers home because she couldn't finish. everything was amazing. thank you doug and neighbors bar & grille co., we had an...
Read moreLove seeing Creedence & Company here!! It's always a good time!! Great food, service isn't all that, she likes to tell you how it's gonna be.... doesn't make for the best feeling or friendly vibe; no customer service. The guest experience level is low & often wanes. Guests should be their priority; it's more like I'll get to you when/if I get to you! Or when I have a chance (or not) & can be too snippy. Although she has to run the entire floor single handed....the bar could certainly help out!! Runners should be trained to help wait staff & pre-bussed tables would help immensely, lots of empty hands, forgotten items, too many trips back & forth being made with all too often forgotten items & requests. Efficiency needs to be established & attention to customer satisfaction & detail!! Kinda a bar vibe with very minimal decor. It could have more of a cozy Cheers bar kinda feel, but decor is minimal if not forgotten making it a bit sterile with office furnishings & little to look at. Thank God for their bands!! Tricia Freeman Band needs to return & get the party started more frequently along with 51/50's & Creedence &...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting Neighbors Bar and Grille in Laguna Hills, and I must say, this place is a true gem. After taking over an old, run-down sports bar, the new owners have completely transformed it through an extensive remodel, creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere.
Founded by two neighbors, hence the name, Neighbors Bar and Grille has quickly become a local favorite. They offer live bands and an impressive selection of bar food that truly stands out. I particularly love their wings, which are perfectly crispy and flavorful. The Louisiana chicken dip is also a must-try—it’s absolutely phenomenal.
I’m currently making my way through the menu and enjoying every bite. The food is consistently excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The owners, who run it as a family operation, are fantastic. They are friendly, attentive, and truly make you feel at home.
If you’re looking for a great place to unwind, enjoy live music, and savor delicious bar food, I highly recommend stopping by Neighbors Bar and Grille. Come meet the neighbors and experience this wonderful addition to Laguna Hills...
