Ordered furniture in November of 2020. Was told delivery would be in February due to the Covid pandemic. Was delayed again and told new delivery would be in March. After March was told late June. We called late June and we're now told they have no idea on the build date. We understand the delay with Covid however this is beyond the scope of a delay and we feel the company should offer us an option to cancel. We were told we could not cancel due to a signed covid waiver. At this point we have an unfurnished room that we cannot use and would like to order from another company. Once again we understand the pandemic but we have also ordered furniture from AZ leather which was delayed but still fulfilled.
