First off, I just want to apologize for the nature of this message. I do not usually do things like this. This morning I went through the drive thru at location #5749 on Alicia Pkwy in Laguna Hills, which is close to the 5 fwy. I was there at exactly 6:56:09 am. As I was pulling up to the drive thru window, I overheard the entire staff, specifically two young girls wearing sweaters, at the drive thru window, laughing and shouting "hahaha they drove off without their drink. They actually fell for it and left." Their shouting was so loud that I could hear them even though the windows were shut. Eventually one of the girls came to open the window and charged me for my order, which was a food item and a drink. She handed me everything but my drink, and proceeded to tell me to have a great day. I waited by the window for a few minutes, trying to get their attention to notify them that I did not receive my drink. One of them looked directly at me and immediately turned the other way. It was clear that they were trying to purposefully avoid me. After trying to get their attention for a while, they opened the window again and said here's the remaining of your order have a nice day. I wouldn't be so upset at this situation if it wasn't for me hearing what they were doing to the cars in front of me. It was very clear that they were purposefully withholding people's orders, even when the customers, including me, had already been charged. The line was longer than usual. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior. I sure hope that other customers have complained, because this impacts us more than they can comprehend. People are on their way to work, have just spent their hard earned money, and are purposefully not being given what they paid for. Seeing the quality of employees that work at that this location, it is safe to say that I will no longer be coming here. This is very unfortunate because this is the closest location...
Read moreMy Work is very close to the Starbucks so I go to the Starbucks. I’ve been having really bad service there three times I’ve gone and they have given me the wrong drinks the wrong size and they seem really too busy and impatient. I told him that it was the wrong drink. They grabbed it and threw it down the sink Very rudely and again I went today and I wanted to scan for my points and she said oh sorry I already did it. You have to come in and bring your receipt and get your points through there. I can’t give them to you now. I told her that was not right that she needed to wait and not be so impatient And Let me scan my points. Then she told me that well you can bring in your receipt and then she threw away my receipt and I told her can I please have my receipt and she said OK and then she gave me my receipt which I was. I was not happy because now I have to go come back and go into the store just to get my points...
Read moreAll the people work here are really nice and it's always clean. I am grateful to have a Starbuck near me that close late. I am a regular customer at this Starbuck.
However, there is a old gentleman who are here everyday and he smells REALLY AWFUL. It smells like someone haven't shower for at least a few months. The entire seating area is full of a bad smell ALL THE TIME. Becuase of the setting of this Starbuck, the baristas are really far from the seatting area and they cannot smell anything. But it's really really bad. I have seen the barista commmunicated with this old gentleman in the past but it still smells really really bad. I geniuely hope someone in this Starbuck can solve this issue in a respectful way, I will put this in my 2025 wishlist. This is the only Starbuck close to me and run till 10pm, I love to come here so much so I really really hope it can be...
