In queso didn’t know… @primosmex is having their grand opening in South County! 📍 29975 Alicia Pkwy., Laguna Niguel, CA 92677 On Saturday October 28th, from 11:00-1:00, join in on the celebration, where you can get free food, free dessert, spin the prize wheel, and win… starbucks and amazon giftcards A 50 inch tv An air fryer Beats headphones And more! As for the food…I had no idea that they made a burrito literally as big as my forearm. It’s called their Monster burrito, which is very fitting for the season. In fact, they have a whole monster menu with monster fries, monster nachos, monster sorta…and they’re only around twenty bucks. They also have a massive menu of other goodies like flaming hot fries, chipotle bacon fries, surf and turf taco salad, fajita plates - and that’s just to name a few. And of course, I couldn’t fail to mention - they have a salsa bar, which is my favorite thing for a restaurant to have. Are you going to the grand opening!? . . . #grandopening #mexicanfood #wheretogo #foodreel #feedfeed #eater #yum #feast #monster #halloween #weekend #thingstodo #saturday #laguna #lagunaniguel #southcounty #orangecounty

Was seriously craving a breakfast burrito, so I stopped by this new place on a whim, and took one to-go. I'm vegetarian (and the menu is quite meat heavy) but I got the Monster Papas burrito (vegetarian-friendly refried beans, scrambled eggs, potatoes and cheese) and it was GOOD. Huuuuuuge, but I actually ate the whole thing, and don't regret it! Ha! There's a salsa bar, and I tried the red and orange ones - both really tasty with a good amount of spice! I also went back to try the vegetarian burrito (not on the menu) which was fine but not great, so I think they need to work on their meat-free options. But the staff is very nice, and I'll come back for breakfast!

They are in violation of the Health code for allowing dogs in the dining area! This couple came in with 1 large dog and 1 medium size dogs and said the owner allows them to bring their dogs in. That's a California health code violation... But ofcourse the Mexican staff allowed them to dine next to my table and the dogs peed on the floor. Never eating here again. Also, they were not service animals as I checked.

This was my second time trying Primos. The first time I went there for breakfast, and ordered a chorizo burrito. It was awful- hardly any egg or chorizo…just a giant spoonful of refried beans. I ate just enough to stop my hunger, and threw the rest away. Today I thought I’d give them a second chance, and ordered two crispy tacos, one chicken one beef. They were very greasy, and the chicken looked like it was from the worst cuts of chicken. I now have digestive issues from my lunch earlier today. The service and atmosphere are fine, but the food is subpar, and I will not return. Too bad, as I live very...

Tried Primos for the first and last time. The food took a really long time to be prepared. There were just a few customers in the restaurant. The food we hoped would justify the extraordinary wait. Unfortunately not. The food was completely tasteless and poorly presented. We ate at the restaurant but still the food was supplied in oversized plastic to go containers with no ability to recycle available. With so many Mexican eateries to choose from, primos will not be one we...
