Starbucks — Restaurant in Laguna Niguel

For me, Starbucks', as a whole, main attraction is their plethora of locations all enabled with free wi-fi. As an able bodied member of the working lower middle class taking college courses online and constantly going to job boards looking for new opportunities, cutting the cost of internet along with drag of confinement to the house for computing needs, Starbucks remains a staple because of their trendy locations, moderately priced drinks and snacks, and free wi-fi. SES does not seem to apply to the range of patrons at any given location; broke college students and wealthy business people doing deals rub shoulders without much ado at these glorious green logoed caffeine dispensaries. If any part of that winning combo were to go, I am certain that their patronage would decline, outside of the current hipster movement to even more exotic roasts in more eclectic locations as seen in the more artsy locales of regional and large...

Awful management! They have different people fulfilling drink orders and pastry orders! I went in person yesterday and ordered a coffee and a danish, got my coffee right away and then had to wait for the pastry 10 minutes during which I had to go around the counter (from where I was sitting) 3 times and see if it's ready! The music is so loud I can never hear when they call my name and the fact that they always pronounce it wrong doesn't help either! Any other coffee shop will give you your coffee and pastry at the same time! This is so ridiculous! The second problem is that they don't put the cream out, they give you some cream in a separate cup and then fill your cup with coffee all the way to the top even when you ask them to leave room for cream! I don’t know. I encountered this every once in a while, but I noticed it again today while I was sitting there waiting for my drink they seem to have many orders coming in. I know they had drinks lined out on the counter, but they were calling peoples names when they had their drinks ready, but for some reason when they got my drink ready, they never called my name. I was sitting there waiting watching never called my name, but set my drink down But then the next two and three drinks after mine that were made they called their names to let them know their drink was ready, but for some reason couldn’t call my name so I’m just confused as to why this happens just seems like it’s poor customer service or lack of common sense.
