Taco Bell — Restaurant in Laguna Niguel

This location is definitely a hit or miss oddity! I have had so many "Twilight Zone Moments" here that I could make 10 or more true life scary episodes. Mexican Morning Manager partying in the restaurant at 6:30 am while my son and I watched him for 15 minutes through the drive up window without him even realizing that we were there parked at the window observing him. The positive part was that he was so nervous and embarrassed that he didn't charge us for anything that time and a couple of other mornings. Another time they tried to charge us 50 cents each for 5 orders of green sauce (which is free). One afternoon the "extremely emotionally sensitive feminine quality personality" of a stand-offish male employee took our order and money, closed the window and never came back to the window with alot of cars behind ours. Finally the Manager came to the window and apologized for his behavior, stating"he was having a rough day." Are you freaking kidding me. We told her what we ordered and she gave us the bag of cold food. When we got home we called Taco Bell Corporate Headquarters and spoke to a representative that was extremely polite and very willing to take our report of what had previously transpired. She apologized for the unacceptable behavior and sent us 10 dollars worth of Free Taco Bell food coupons(2 @ $5.00 each) which we received in a week and proceeded to present to the same Manager who obviously knew that we had contacted Corporate Headquarters and she was honestly obviously affected looking when taking them for payment for our order, but she Never said anything to us. I have also had very good service there.......SO HIT OR MISS!!!!!!!...SINCERELY MJMJR LAGUNA...

Worst Taco Bell Location I have ever been to! The guy (Nicholas D.) could not get my order correct even without modifying it. He repeated something completely different that I never ordered & argued with me about it. Then at the window he still had everything wrong & had no patients, was so rude & then spoke under his breath & walked off extremely frustrated while leaving me at the window! I also ordered a baja blast freeze & Nicholas didnt even bring it out & I had to ask some other guy to help. That new guy advised they were out of baja blast. I could have ordered something else if they told me when I ordered it! Nicholas was beyond rude & should be fired! The next guy was very nice, patient & fixed everything correctly without a problem. My family also had the same & worst experience here & will never go back! They also charged me for nachos that I did not receive. The food is cold & taste bad. I asked for mild & got all hot & 1 mild packet. I live 2 blocks up the street. I'd rather drive miles away then to ever go back here. I feel very upset now & violated just for trying to order my family lunch! Nothing I ordered was complicated or modified! DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION or you may possibley have a horrible experience! I use to love taco bell then I grew up times have changed unfortunately taco bell is not ageing very well why bother woth the meat they squirt into the unhealthy overly priced and satisfaction in the low levels.honestly I can't think of anything item they offer that I would purchase and feel good about it. This location in particular is quite odd with some of the practices they keep the soda fountain on the customer side is nonoperational I would understand this maybe 3 months ago but now either owner is penny pinching or they are extremely slow to move out of the practices. I would not make a big deal but when they only have 2 people working and they have to fill and refill drink while taking orders and preparing food in the back its a problem.
