I ordered through the drive thru in the yesterday morning, so I was only getting breakfast. I ordered an item, but then i saw that they had another similar item to the one I was looking at so I asked for it and she goes, "Let me go check if it's available. " Then I waited for her to let me know if the item was available,she said, "Is that it?!", I gave her my drink order and I was confused, I was waiting for her to swap out the other bakery item for the one I ordered, so i asked, "Oh so is it available?" She replies in the rudest and most sarcastic way, "No I JUST told you it wasn't available, and if you LOOK on the screen, you can see that I DID put in the drink you just asked for." I was confused as to why she gave me attitude because I didn't hear anything, plus I never asked for the drink I ordered to be on the screen and I was waiting for her to get back to me for the bakery item I asked about. Mind you, I didn't hear anything because her mic was probably not on when she told me, and I was waiting while looking at the screen and while I was waiting the item probably didn't load the same time she typed it in. I wasn't in the car alone, and even my cousin looked at me funny and was like, "Why was she so rude out of nowhere? She didn't even say anything." We got to the window to pay, and she carried on with the same attitude. I usually go there with no problem through the drive thru, but that lady needs to learn to turn her mic on and be patient with people. I asked her for 3 items and 1 drink, which was all just based on the menu and not something specified. I can't imagine if I was hard of hearing and being spoken...
Read more(Always perfect) was my review about 4 months ago. Now they have rules: If you want a refill, you have to use their cups or personal cups. You can NOT leave the store then come back, not even go to your car God forbid, then get a refill. Apparently not all employees are on the same page on their rules. They give me refills, using their paper cups and personal cups then they decide not to next day, we play their game again. Is Starbucks hurting for whatever lack of friendly service they already have? It has def become a joke. Bathrooms used to be clean. Dining area is always dirty. I am there 2 hours a day and buy a cup every day and have to clean my own table too. Maybe they are hinting customers on what NOT to do to stay in business. And the whole handcuffs thing (image attached) , I don't even wanna know. In case you want to finally remove it after 3 weeks which i have seen, it is by your trash bins l9cked...

I have a branded Starbucks stainless steel tumbler, and I simply asked to have it filled with ice because of the extreme heat. Instead of receiving basic customer service, I was refused and told to go across the street to 7-Eleven!!!!!!! to ask for ice.
