Similar experience as reviewers below. I ordered workout pants several months ago and after trying them on the second time they got two small holes. I wanted to take them in to a store and waits to do so but thanks to covid that didn’t happen. I finally got a chance to text and when I did was told I’m out of luck due to their return policy. I totally understand however this is a defective product. When I asked if Talia would stand behind her product, since it was defective, or if this was worth losing a customer, they stopped responding! If you are the owner and have the opportunity to read this, I would suggest you train your workers who are only on their cell phones complaining about having to wake up at 5am, school, and their personal lives. I purchased several items in support of your store but I would suggest a chat with the employees if they are not interested in being at work, maybe take a day off and re-evaluate the impact of their presentation, conversations, and action while at work in your store.
