El Patio de La Jamaca - La Parguera — Restaurant in Lajas

My partner and I vacationed at the south coast from August 13 to 16, 2022, so we went to Lajas to spend few hours hanging around. We want to lunch but the restaurant at La Parguera were crowded and there no parking available. So, we googleed restaurants near us and El Patio looks the perfect place!! It's also a hotel. People look like they are having a good time there. The waiter received us with a smile and asked what he can do for us immediately. He offered to clean the table we wanted. He asked us for beverages and the menu. My partner asked for a grouper fillet with mofongo and salad, myself octopus salad. The dessert was delicious: coconut custard. The food was awesome! Avoid this place at all costs!!! The services was complete shit and I will never go back to this place. My family and I arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 and there was maybe two other small families there and no one had food. Fast forward to 8pm and we still have yet to receive our food. There was only one server and one bartender and lord knows how many people were cooking, regardless, they could care less about how long anything took. They showed zero sympathy or empathy about how they were operating. Because of their lack of care and customer service we also missed our boat tour. Was really looking forward to eating here after all the positive reviews. Unfortunately we didn't have the same results. It took nearly 35 mins for the food to come out, now mind you there were only a few people there. To top it off, out of the 4 dishes ordered, 2 were stone cold and the third was luke warm. We returned the 2 dishes but when they came back out I believe they were heated in a microwave or thrown back on the grill but it was not fresh.
