La Parguera Rooftop — Restaurant in Lajas

Let me start off by saying the place is in a very good area, the rooftop was nicely kept, and clean. The only issue with this place was the food very disappointed with the appetizers. I ordered the bacalitos with lobster meat and unfortunately did not eat because the bacalaitos were all over cooked and burnt, had to send back. But I must say that the young lady who assisted us “JOYCE” was amazing!!! her humbleness, attentiveness to everyone that was there was top notch considering the place got a little busy and she was alone. Thank you Joyce. Hope your boss acknowledges you as a great asset to their business m.. keep up the good work and again thank you for welcoming us with a SMILE. 🇵🇷 #lapaguerarooftop...

This is not a place for fast service. However the food is fresh and good. The views and breeze are amazing. The busy times are hard to predict so I think they make do with one server/bartender and one chef. We waited an hour for our food but we enjoyed the view and the breeze and drinks while we waited. The owner is super nice. The prices are good. Portions are good.

A tiny bit of classic American food if you’re missing it.

I got the steak stuffed Mofongo and it was sooooo good. My husband got the sliders and he said they were good.

From arrival to when we left was about 2.5 hours so if you’re thinking it’s a quick bite before a boat tour don’t count on it. You’re here for a relaxing wait...

We sat at the bar and had a drink and appetizer. The view of the ocean was truly beautiful! We tried asking the bartender to order food after 20 minutes or so of waiting and were ignored. There were only 2 other parties who seemed to be locals and they were attended to promptly. So we decided not to eat dinner there since the vibe really rubbed us the wrong way. The Shart Fish Bites were bland and chewy. Would not visit...
