The never ending story. Just another place with a great location, lots of potential but just bad service and mediocre food. The worst paella I’ve had in a long time. Parboiled rice, no saffron, 3 asparagus, 2 shrimps, no sausage... I can go on and on. And who serves margarine instead of butter for a grilled lobster 🤦♂️ (just horrible). Service was simply bad, sat down and waitress didn’t even say hello simply started the conversation with a “are you ready to order?”. Long faces, not sure if that’s just a one off but you could definable tell they weren’t happy or just had a bad day. Unfortunately this is the same scene with many places in PR. No supervision, no focus on service and mediocre food. Many owners believe that just by having a great location will win them customers. Very sad. Do not waste your time...
