The never ending story. Just another place with a great location, lots of potential but just bad service and mediocre food. The worst paella I’ve had in a long time. Parboiled rice, no saffron, 3 asparagus, 2 shrimps, no sausage... I can go on and on. And who serves margarine instead of butter for a grilled lobster 🤦‍♂️ (just horrible). Service was simply bad, sat down and waitress didn’t even say hello simply started the conversation with a “are you ready to order?”. Long faces, not sure if that’s just a one off but you could definable tell they weren’t happy or just had a bad day. Unfortunately this is the same scene with many places in PR. No supervision, no focus on service and mediocre food. Many owners believe that just by having a great location will win them customers. Very sad. Do not waste your time...

Potato was unseasoned. Chuleta was hard to chew, it did taste good and cranberry juice was good too, so food gets 3 stars, waiter took long to take our order, food took long to arrive, they gave my grandma’s food cold, service gets 2 stars, place looks great but there is a ban on bathing suits, aesthetics gets 4 stars, my parents told me prices were inflated, plate wasn’t too big, they did not give us free appetizers, they didn’t even give us free seasoning! Pricing...
