Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lake Charles

RUN AWAY! Even for a Taco Bell, this place was un-fing-acceptable! Girl in the drivethrough was rude and looked at me with contempt when I checked my order before leaving. We were short cinnamon twists and she rolled her eyes when we asked for them. I didn't didn't bother to point out thay our chips weren't even half full, but I'm glad I didn't. There was a bubble in the one chip full of grease and BLEACH! THERE WAS FREAKING BLEACH IN THE GREAEE THEY USED TO COOK THE CHIPS! I asked for Fire sauce and they gave me everything EXCEPT fire sauce, the tacos were cold, I had asked for extra cheese on all 3 of my tacos, but they only put it on 1. 1 hour later I was puking in the bathroom with diarrhea!

Seriously, how do you screw up that much at a freaking Taco Bell? BLEACH IN THE GREASE! Like, they cleaned the fryer and didn't bother to remove the BLEACH before they put...

The order was wrong...checked before pulling out of the drive thru. When I told the worker she looked at me like I had lost me mind! They fixed the order and when she handed me the corrected order she said, "you dont have to snatch" and I replied, "excuse me"! She repeated herself. I told her she did not have to talk to the customers that way. All of the employees came to the window and I asked for the manager. The manager said that I didnt have to talk to a child that way and said that she was her niece! A child!! Why is a child working the drive thru window??? I told her that she is suppose to treat customers with respect and that they both needed to go home! I have never been treated by a manager and ALL he employees of an establishment in such a hostile way! They all need the replaced with workers who are trained properly with...

SUPER EXPENSIVE (2 Chalupas, chicken, cheese and cheese sauce, hold all other ingredients, broken down into sides) were $20!!

However, was on the way home from the hospital from my husband having had heart surgery, so we paid it in order to keep traveling. This was also the last known drive thru when headed north on 171.

Food, service and restaurant appearance were good. Did not have to wait for food (we were the only ones in the drive thru and only 1-2 cars in the lot) and employees were friendly and apologetic when questioned.

Bottomline: Will NOT be returning to this location. We have gotten the same at other locations for $10-12 when time/circumstances do not allow stopping at...
