When we first got our furniture I was so happy and excited! We found exactly what We were looking for the owner was our sales guy, he was fantastic even told me about the upgraded nyelon webbing cushions this couch had so it wouldn't sag down over time like a traditional couch with regular foam cushions would. I even unzipped the couch and look at the cushions cause he talked them up so much and they were awesome. The price for couch was around 1200 and he gave us a "discount" and we paid little over 900 on their website it was listed for little under 800 hundred dollars but it had foam cushions so I assumed that why this one we got was more expensive, so I didn't question it because I didn't mind paying a little more for upgraded cushions. He said if it's not on sale I'll make it on sale and did the same for the loveseat as well. We also go a recliner and two end tables. Now fast forward to when the couches got delivered they was still wrapped up, after the delivery guys left I unzipped the cushions to find it was regular foam not the "upgraded" nyelon webbing cushions that was on the couch on the sales floor. I called New Look to let them know that it wasn't the same cushions and the owner said the color is different but it's the same , I explained the color had nothing to do with it that these are just foam no nyelon wedding structure like the couch you showed us and made the sellin feature, He kept saying color.doesn't matter, He acted like he had no idea what I was talking about but said he would look into it. Two days later and several calls to them since I didn't receive a call back like I was told I would. I just asked for the difference in the price they said there is no difference that they are just on sale now and that's why online it was a lower price than the one on the showroom floor but that he was on our side and he would call Ashley and get the right cushions for me.and that we could even keep the other cushions as well. It has no been over 6 weeks and I haven't heard anything! It's very dishearting that we spent over $4,000, half of that on a couch and loveseat we didn't pick (looks the same but not the same cushions) I feel like we was just another sale and taken advantage of. My couch and loveseat are beautiful don't get me wrong but we did not get these "upgraded" cushions that we and No one had tried to make it right my giving us the difference for the couch/loveseat with regular cushions or actually getting us the right cushions. Would I have gotten this couch if it has regular foam cushions probably but the owner made it the selling feature so much that I unzipped the couch just to look at the cushions paid the little bit more for that and not to get what was sold to us and then just thrown to the side is not okay. Our recliner and end tables we've had no issues. I just hate being sold something and not getting what you was supposed to then being treated like we have been , definitely false advertising. I recommend taking pictures of what your getting so you have proof that was my mistake for trusting someone with such a big...
   Read moreIf I could give Jordan 10 stars I would! I've been looking for a sofa/loveseat for our camper for over a year. We shopped around at the furniture stores in Lake Charles but had no success. New Look has a new look and the furniture selection is gorgeous! Some of the pieces look antique which I LOVE! But, back to our purchase. We found several loveseats and one in particular was so amazing for anyone with back pain but it wouldn't work bc it wasn't a wall hugger. In a small camper such as ours, we have very little room to work with. But I highly recommend you go, ask for Jordan and ask him about that medical grade furniture. We found a white loveseat and my husband and I both stopped when we passed it. The stitching and overall sports car design of the set caught out eye. But white?! In a camper?! With 2 dogs?! And then we sat in it. To make a long story short, our beautiful, heavy duty, comfortable, quality, white loveseat was delivered yesterday and it's even better than we remember! The white loveseat pops with the white marbled look countertops. I've dressed the living room up with some pretty curtains with pops of lime green and yellow, and I couldn't be happier! The support of this love seat is almost as wonderful as the medical grade mentioned above. The furniture will last and eventually it'll start to deteriorate after a couple of decades but what won't ever stop is the friendly, helpful, quality care you get from the moment you walk through the doors of New Look Furniture all the way until you go to the purchase desk. The young lady who checked us out was so incredibly sweet and had the most beautiful smile. Jordan is a class act and he listens to what you need. He and I shared some of the same back issues so he knew which pieces of furniture to guide me to. He was so kind, knowledgeable, and just an all around good guy. That's the kind of salesmanship that gets the job done for the customer as well as the sales person. Oh, and by the way, he SAVED US MONEYYY too! I wish I had taken a before pic of the horrible sofa we had in here that was made of bonded leather and costs upwards of $2500. It was 4 years old and the thin lining of leather was peeling off making it look just terrible. I'd take a pic of my lovely white loveseat but I'm sitting in it and well, it's too comfy and my back is hurting too much to get up and snap a pic.    Read moreCustomer Service Here is horrible. When I oringinally came to the store I knew exactly what I wanted but wasn't sure they'd have it. When I asked the sales man about the bed and the stroage drawes that go underneath it and how much I could pay for it he insisted that he had said product WITH drawers for that price. I purcahsed alot of things from here, mattress, sofa, bed + drawers. It was delieverd fast and free ( i live right down the road aways). Upon delievery they set everything up and did a good job.
I know it seems perfect right up til they didn't have the drawers for the bed. I told the delievery men and they said contact the store. This was literaly week before christmas so it was hectic time. I contected the salesman by phone and told him about it he said he would let the manager know and call me back. The games begin he never called back and I would call back he isn't there or he is talking to his manager about it.
Finially after two weeks back and fourth I spoke directly with the store manger/owner he was rude and said the drawers would cost me and Extra 400$ when I argued with him that this was not what was promised and paid for witht the salesman he had know idea of the problem the guy never even spoke to the manager about it (or manager was lying) either way he refused to give me the drawers (very rudely) then I asked to return the just the bed I would keep the sofa and matress. Because I paid nearly 600$ for the bed and I could find a much nicer bed for that price without the drawers. He refused coming up with all of these chargers FEE for Pick, Fee for taking it part, and Fee for Restocking, at this point I could buy the drawers rather than pay all these fee's.
I could find a much better deal on a bed for 600 and much nicer bed that had the drawers I wanted for the price he was overing 1K I could have a really extravagent bed with the drawer I wanted.
IT WAS THERE MISTAKE! WHY DID I PAY FOR IT?? The manager pretty much hung up on me and I thought I was being resonable I paid cash for everything and was treated like beyond poorly.
I will never shop there again and tell everyone I know this place is horrible filled with lies, and horrible customer service.
