Jason's Deli — Restaurant in Lake Charles

My family and I love the food here but have watched it hit rock bottom from managers and employees that are obviously high sitting outside by the front door smoking to the complete lack of customer service dont get me wrong there's a few friendly ones that greet you when you come in but the majority are rude ignore you when you ask for something and are too busy playing around or on their phones to notice you. The most disappointing is that I hate to be a "Karen" but when I finally made a complaint I had one very professional manager and then another girl who hung up in my face. The fact that the owner has allowed this to go on at his store for so long is sad. Our favorite place to eat has turned into one that I don't want to step foot into. Time to clean house y'all cause I've watched a noticeable downfall of your employees and establishment and it's only a matter of time before everyone else...

So order 2 chicken club salads through Uber eats . I get this salad for me and my wife at least 2 times a month sometimes more. I get the salads and there is NO chicken on either salad. I call Jason delli I speak to Chad the manager. Who knows me by the way. And he tells me that Uber ordered the salads with no chicken. And then tells me what Jason's delli was paid .$28 dollars which is 2 dollars more than what I would of paid and have paid for the salads If I would of picked them up I believe $26.50. Doesn't offer to compensate me or do anything for me. Not even a salad if I would of came to the store. Nothing a credit for another salad. That I of course would of been happy with because I go almost every week to get one. Needless to say I will never EVER step foot in there establishment again. I would to see how they treat a new customer. With way I was treated a loyal...

Good customer service and a good variety on the menu. The facility was clean inside, sidewalk out front was clean as well. Bathrooms were also clean. I got the salad bar. Salad bar was $13 for one trip to the salad bar, which is more than I'm used to paying for a salad. I expected all you can eat for that price. There is a good selection on the salad bar. You also received a bread and butter plate for your choice of two different flavors of muffins. And you could also get vanilla or chocolate soft serve ice cream in a cone or a cup. So you got your salad, muffins, soft serve ice cream, and a drink for $13. A bit pricey for just a salad in my opinion, but considering the inflation rate that may be reasonable these days. I enjoyed it enough to want to go back...
