This is the spot to be! No matter what you get, you will enjoy it. I've tried almost everything for the exception of a few tacos. If I could afford to eat both breakfast and lunch every single day, I would. I like the chorizo and potato on flour for my breakfast taco and Al pastor w/ onion and cilantro for my lunch taco. I always get limes with the pastor tacos. They were closed for a while after the hurricanes, but bounced back quickly. That time they were rebuilding was a long time to go without having some tacos. It was well worth the wait. There are a few taco spots around the area, but I choose Victoria's because their's is just better. Better ingredients, better tortillas, better rojo & verde salsa........ Whether it's your first time or your 200th time, you'll enjoy Victoria's!

Yeah... No. This might be Mexican food but it's barely functioning. Something as simple as a plate with 2 breakfast tacos plus rice and beans was impossible for these people to pull off. I'm not sure what is in the sugar dispenser but it is DEFINITELY NOT sugar. Serving coffee in styrofoam cups causes the wax lining to melt in your coffee. Ceramic coffee cups are a one time expense versus repeatedly buying disposable cups. It's a functioning kitchen and it's nice to see these ladies cooking up a storm but there's a charge for EVERYTHING. $20 for 2 cups of coffee, 2 potato & egg tacos & a chorizo and egg plate with flour tortillas is ridiculous. This will be my only visit.

We choose this place because my Dad wanted a Mexican breakfast. We looked @ Trip Advisor & the reviews looked good. We missed breakfast by 10 minutes. The place serves similar 2 cafeteria style. The food is cooked & keep warm in steam pans. So I order, they put it together. We ordered lunch. I had 2 beef fajita tacos ( flour tortillas, $ 4.75 ea ). Off 2 a bad start 4 me. A little pricey considering the beef fajitas were tough & not much flavor. I knew not 2 expect Pappasito's. The tacos were served warm @ best. The tea came from a fountain drink dispenser. 🤷‍♂️ 🤦‍♂️ Not even made fresh. Would eat here 4 lunch again ? Yes, 4 breakfast 2 try it out. No 4 lunch or dinner

I consider myself a taco connoisseur and have had authentic Mexican tacos in several states. The best places are always hole in the wall or food truck style and generally much more affordable than fancy shmancy texmex cheese assault venues. Each has its unique strengths and weaknesses, including Victoria's. However, in terms of cumulative taste, this is the best place I've ever been to so far, both in terms of taste and price. The barbacoa, red sauce, and green sauce in particular are better than any taco place I've ever been. The tortillas are scrumptious. The spicy shredded beef is in a class of its own because I've never had a similar item anywhere else. (Avoid the shredded beef if you can't handle spicy.) The other items, while simple, are still phenomenal, including both the chicken and beef fajita. For breakfast, I love the egg/potato and also the picadillo burritos. I always order my tacos with cilantro, onions, and cheese. The family is great and they'll always have my business. Victoria's may not have the recognition of other uppity locales in the area, but it's one of the few reasons I'd consider visiting Lake Charles if I ever moved away. Before I owned a car, I used to ride my bike 3+ miles in adverse conditions to get tacos at opening time some mornings. There are always going to be some reviewers who can't be pleased and they are usually bad customers (annoying, picky, or both) in my experience. In all honesty, anyone who dislikes/hates Victoria's is probably the kind of person I wouldn't want to be...

This place is AMAZING!!!! I’ve been going already for few days and I’m totally in love with this place, service is great, servers and cooks are all friendly. Kitchen is sparkling clean!! And that’s what I mostly love about this place. They have authentic Mexican food and is always fresh!!!

I would always be back for my potato and egg with cactus and pico burrito! With its red salsa!!! For breakfast!!.

They have an great dinner menu as well! I personally love the carne asada tacos but now they have a variety of other items, plus snacks!!! And desserts!

Last night I had the hamburger 🍔 and it was a memorable time while eating it!! It brought me back to Mexico!! The taste was unique! I had never taste a hamburger like that since I was a child! Waaah! But now I’m thrilled to find my hole on the wall.

Thank you guys for your big efforts and hard work, It makes me so happy.

For last! Prices won’t break...
