There was a change in delivery date which is fine because life happens and we can’t sweat the small stuff. Justin communicated and let me know when the expected time of arrival time frame was so I could schedule my day.

Seems like a new place, large bldg but not a large inventory. Low on staff, probably bc of being new, bought furniture so we'll see how it holds up. Make sure you use the bathroom before going, trust me.

Post review edit: a couple of weeks in, the recliner and the couch are both leaning to the sides and it appears the frame is bending underneath in the same spots, also the storage area lid survived about 5 days (kids) maybe it's cheaply made, but the furniture we replaced was almost 13 yrs old, these didn't make it 3 wks. I was a little concerned about the texture and durability of the fabric but he reassured me that it had amazing reviews for just that!
