After waiting in line for at least 20 minutes I was finally able to order. I requested a tilapia Poboy and attempted to pay using EBT since this option was advertised all over the establishment. The cashier said there would be an additional $1 charge for cooking the food which I accepted considering I’ve seen other restaurants do this. After she ran my EBT card she proceeded to ask for the dollar again. Now she stated the $1 had to be paid separately which is something I’ve never been advised and that was not made clear initially. She continued saying you don’t just have change or a single dollar? It’s COVID I don’t carry cash and my employer pays me direct deposit. I will not be giving this place another try. I simply requested my refund and spent my $ elsewhere. If they made this clear initially it would be no problem but I’m not paying and additional $5 because they have a card minimum when I could’ve simply used my debit card...

Restaurant food is superb!!! This is what you call a hidden gem ! Food was cooked quick ! It was so hot and fresh and well seasoned ! I was surprised honestly again its just a hidden gem like one of those stores or restaurants you pass by but never really stop at. If you looking for some affordable, good quality and hot fresh food .. Have to give them a try ! I had the shrimp po boy it was like $7.99 it Doesn’t come with fries so I added them on I also got a canned soda I believe it was $1.50-$2.00 not bad ! all in all the meal was under $10 I believe. Portions are great I was full and had left overs ! Customer service however could been better the woman at the register seemed very short tempered like she was irritated not really letting us respond but most of the time when the food is good you can expect...
