Came here today 07-11-2025 between 4:15pm-4:30pm to order a special menu item . A LARGE LEMONADE COOLER EXTRA ICE CREAM . Something that I order from this establishment at least twice a month only to get home and it’s not at all what I ordered but a white slushy with yellow mix all up against the sides of the cup very unappealing. Doesn’t look like an ounce of cream was added . Okay fine I’ll return to get it remade when I have time in the meantime I put my cup in the freezer and returned later that evening. Explained my incorrect drink over the intercom told to pull forward only to get chastised by the workers on how and why my drink is right . It looks disgusting and like a white slush with yellow clumped up throughout… while I’m trying to explain how I’d like it I’m being told oh well the slushy comes on top then ice cream at the bottom without them ever checking even though that’s still the incorrect way to make it. But i did there was NO ice cream at all. I gave them the cup for them to snicker over and refuse me a remake of my drink. Just a scolding over how my drink should look even though their customizable drinks?? I gave them their product in the large container to get nothing back . I feel robbed and belittled. I wasn’t offered a resolution, refund or a remake of my item . I’d like a contact to corporate to report this as well . And I will be calling daily to report. I have no photos because I returned the product. Won’t be back until I have some type of reimbursement on top...
Read moreFor some reason everytime I come to this specific store I have to wait 20min for an online order that has already been paid for. I feel like if they can't already have the orders ready then they do not need to offer those services. The customer is already waiting possibly 40min for food. For the first time i had to cancel because what they did was answer the call and turn the machine off. No one bothered to check with me. I'm very disappointed in this company and I used to manage Sonic. So I know how the system works. It's very sad when you cater to people just arriving before online orders. They need to fix the way they operate so customers can get their food faster. There needs to one person working on these orders mainly and they need to have specified parking for pickups so they'll know when an online order is waiting to be picked up. All the restaurants have specified pickups for delivery drivers. Please fix this issue and you'll receive higher rating. Online Customers need to know why their food is late, because this restaurant does not care...

Yes 25/30 plus mintues after my food was ordered, I got it, luke warm at best! 3 drinks no cup holder one spilled on my seat in the car. Sauces wrong on my order, all the toppings on the hot dogs was at one end, looks like was turned on one end before, coming out to me. some of the items was n ot items I ordered! 10 plus cars came and left as I sat there waiting my order! The link to order online kept telling me something went wrong so, I could not place the order online before coming to the store! So take your pick as to why I left the feedback as I did! 50% of the food was thrown away because was wrong items! A waste of my time and money! $36.00 and atleast 30/45 minutes, plus the gas driving to this store! When I asked about a cup holder the lady looked at me like how dare I speak of one and never said a word just walked off! So please tell me why I would not leave bad feedback? Now I have to go have my car seat...
