J.Buffalo House Lake City — Restaurant in Lake City

I have been eating at J. Buffalo House for the past 6 years and I have never had a problem with customer service nor my food. I recently ordered 15 pc wings, I'm normally able to choose 2 flavors from that. After asking the cashier was I still able to do that with the 15 pc she says yes, but charged me an extra .50 to do so. I asked her why didn't she let me know they had started charging for making wings over 10 separate flavors. The cashier was nasty & disrespectful as she responded saying "Well you didn't ask about the extra charges, so I didn't feel the need to tell you." As she continued to be disrespectful, I kindly asked for my refund which took her 10 mins to give me. The culture of great customer service has changed with the ppl they hire as they are getting just anyone to work the front counter. Today, Feb 21, 2023, I enjoyed perfectly prepared barbecue flavored chicken wings and veggie fried rice. Being a person with a traumatic brain injury (TBI) I can only eat out occasionally, thus this was a treat for me. My body is very sensitive to high sodium. The fried rice was a bit salty, however the owner/fill in cook kindly remade the fried rice. I greatly appreciate the customer service. The owner even came over to my table to check if I was completely satisfied with my meal and suggested I request “lite soy sauce next time.” I was very satisfied! The next time, I’m in the mood for Wings, I’ll be sure to visit again and order my fried rice with NO soy sauce! I need to preface this by saying if the location opens at 11AM, there’s no way by 11:44AM Bre should have an attitude or be as rude as she was. We had to call three different times just to be able to order. We had 7 orders, all of which were mediocre. The lemon pepper wings were hard and tasted of regular wings dipped in only butter. Which goes for all orders that had lemon pepper wings. The medium wings were disgustingly spicy. One of the phillies did not have any cheese, when it was ordered as just meat and cheese. This is not the first time this location has messed up my office’s orders. And Bre did not make this experience enjoyable, as she was incredibly rude over the phone as well as in person. Either she didn’t adequately write down the orders, which she never read back to me, or she just doesn’t care, and if it’s the latter, it really shows in her customer service...
