Im so disappointed about my experience at dunkin this morning. All I wanted was a good latte and I was trying to be rude or anything. I got two lattes one for me and one for my dad. A vanilla + brown sugar latte for me and a butter pecan latte for my dad. (They gave me French vanilla instead of regular vanilla but I didn’t say anything) I had a sip of each and I didn’t like either of them at all. They tasted soo artificial I couldn’t drink them. I like Dunkin’s vanilla latte so I thought if I went in (without drinking more then a sip of each) that they would understand and I could swap for something different. I go in there and explain the situation to a lady, saying roughly, “Hey, I just got these 2 new lattes that I haven’t tried before and I don’t like them, is there any way I can swap them out for regular vanilla lattes?” the lady looks at me and mumbles something about how she is new. No worries. She grabs another lady. I explain the same thing. She is very stand-off-ish and not speaking in a professional tone. She looks at me weird and say she needs to grab her manager. Okay. She walks about 10 feet away and tells her manager. I can hear them talking. The manager says to her “Uh I’m gonna have to charge her if she wants a more lattes.” The first lady walks back over to me and repeats the exact same thing I just heard them say in the corner. I’m standing there looking between the lady in front of me and the manager in the corner and now the whole place can hear us. Now I’m feeling weird because I’m not trying to make a fuss I just wanted to get different ones. I say, “so there’s no way I can just swap them out?” They go “no.” And so I give them the un-drank lattes and left. I understand if there was no possible way they could do anything to make the situation better, but the fact that everyone there handled it so unprofessionally is so...
Read moreI have been a daily customer for a long time. I will just say this...... This morning, I waited outside for the store to open. 5:30 came around, then 5:40, 5:50, 6AM. It's now 6:05 and still not open. The associate saw me and just blew me off as if she didn't care the time. She knows me as Im a regular. As I'm waiting in my car, she just looks out at me and threw up her hand in frustration. I just left as I felt I was nothing but a burden, to be waiting for the moment the doors open. Nevertheless Dunkin. I will not return to this store or any Dunkin for that matter. Obviously, the only way to make a statement, is to not support Dunkin, with my $13.00 everyday. I know, I'm just one person and my $13.00 won't hurt your business, but my word of mouth will stand strong. Thanks for making me feel unworthy as a loyal customer. ...
Read moreAbout a week ago i went through the drive thru with 2 kids and right off the bat when we got to the drive thru the lady who was taking our order immediately was pushy and rushing us to place our order after i asked for her to give us a moment to figure out what we wanted considering we had kids with us and she was very rude and had an attitude and when we finally were done with our order after we were basically rushed and talked to rudely and got to the window she was very snippy and rushed us to pay and pull in front of the store so someone could bring us our food and drinks. i’ve never had a bad experience at this dunkin but this lady was by far rude and pushy. i understand drive thrus have a time but she had no sympathy or...
