Man. I wanted to like this place. Drive by it everyday. Really neat inside with historic photos. Staff were pleasant. Came in for breakfast with my son. 11 dollars for one pancake and sausage patty and 15 dollars for a scramble of eggs and ham with potatoes and “sourdough” toast. Little back and forth whether the toast was sourdough vs white toast- tells me “sourdough is white” - ya no kidding- so either they unknowingly grabbed the wrong bread or they bought the cheapest sourdough from Sysco and had the flavor and appearance of white bread. It's hard to find all of my favorite foods in the same place from biscuits and gravy to the club sandwich and the old time malts made in a shaker glass to the tater tots that seem to be getting more and more scarce. I love this place and will be returning frequently. Thank you Gorman's! (I will add more pics at...
