I would like to do a review. I need to thank Rachel Rodman for coming through at the last minute to pull together a celebration Brunch for my husband making senior chief (contacted her on Monday or Tuesday for brunch on Sunday!).

Communication- she was fast to respond to initial inbox message. She has a quick turnaround time with message response. She ensured the menu was to my liking and ensured we were happy. She allowed me to make some changes to her menu to accommodate guests with special requests.

Cost- the price for brunch for 7 adults and 3 teens and 1 toddler was very affordable.

Drinks- the mimosas were SOOOOOO GOOOOD. The crowd favorite was a split between the lavender lemonade, mango mimosas (we added mango ciroc 😊), and the Pina colada! Each adult received 5 mimosas (one of each).

Food- LISTEN. LISTEN. the food was DELICIOUS. The crowd favorite was the chicken and the bacon. The pan was completely empty and made everyone sad when it was done! The shrimp was delicious and a few of the guest ate it tail on the shrimp it was Soo good 🍤 🤣🤣. The ube waffle 🧇 was so good and didn't have the strong ube flavor. The pancakes 🥞 were extremely fluffy and delicious.

I live in Florida and needed catering on a very short timeframe for an event on 11/08/25 at 5:40–6:00 PM. I’ll admit I was hesitant at first about sending the full payment, but something about Rachel’s voice instantly made me feel I could trust her — and I’m so glad I did!

My oldest child was in charge of receiving the order, and to our surprise, Rachel herself showed up to deliver the food. She even gifted us two delicious pies — such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot.

The food was absolutely amazing — flavorful, authentic, and full of soul! My family, visiting from Mexico and the ones that live in California , hadn’t had true Southern soul food before, and they couldn’t stop raving about it.
