A few days ago I ordered online for me and my pregnant wife. I went to go pick up our food and you guys messed up my wife's food, when I arrived at the drive thru the guy who handed me the food put my food on the counter and made me wait 5 minutes to get my food. He could of handed my food to me which was 2 feet away from my hand... By the time I got home the food was cold!! I didn't realize until I got home my wife's food was not what she ordered and I went back to get a correction of the order and the hispanic man in the front refused to fix my order and was extremely disrespectful to me. He claimed if he gave me a 2 dollar beef patty it would hurt your inventory. I then left extremely mad and dissatisfied by him treating me like that. When I got home my wife called Carl's jr and complained but the same guy answered the phone and was even more disrespectful to my pregnant wife which made me even more angry. He refused to let my wife talk to the manager that was on duty. I spent more than 100 dollars at Carls Jr in the past week and a half and this is how you treat a valued customer?!? Worst customer service me and my wife have ever...
Read moreI came to this restaurant often but when they started removing the cheesecake and chocolate cake from their online menu and also told me that they would soon stop having these in inventory. I see no point in even coming here anymore. You killed my motivation to eat there.
EDIT: What is it with your ranch and house dressing condiments. Every time I get any from this location, they have broken seals and leaking. Why are you guys not catching this and reporting this as a real health problem with corporate? You should not be giving people condiments that have been exposed to outside air as that will spoil and make people sick and that will be YOUR fault because you can't check your stuff. I sit here with jalapeno poppers and no dressing to use because out of the four containers given to me, all four are leaking dressing out of the container....
Read moreWent in to use a two for one coupon. We used to go five or six times a month. Carl's has pretty much priced us out along with rhe other fast food stores. Their burgers are bigger than most and very tasty. My problem with them is that I purchased the burgers with one of their gift cards and they would not cash out the remaining $1.22. Both counter workers said they could not do it. They had the manager come out and she said she could not give me the change back in cash. She just shook her head and backed away from the counter and refused to speak. Folks, California state law says a gift card that originally cost more than $10.00 must be cashed out to the customer if the value goes below $10.00 and the customer requests cash back. Home Depot's self-service registers dispense the balance below that amount atomatically. Carl Karcher...
