Del Taco — Restaurant in Lake Forest

So yesterday, they locked their doors early, preventing a homeless person from getting food and water... that pissed me off because it was at least 8 minutes, maybe even 10 minutes before inside was closed... And he locks it on him That pissed me off so I decided to get up and let him in so he could get some food, I did not think that was okay why did I have to do his job he should have left the door open until 9 00 PM and then locked it.... so the manager that closed and Locked!!! the door Early 01-11-2025 You suck! The kid prayer was awesome he did a great job the place was clean, very helpful, took my order. No issues was extra kind.. oh and by the way corporate who's looking at this you need to tell your people not to lock the doors early. Discrimination is a crime and I am itching to take you to court on this.. and if I hear from that homeless person some sort of retaliation because I'm bringing this to your attention publicly... you better be damned straight Court So I would appreciate a nice kind correction to your Del Taco... and if this is happening at one of your establishments I bet it's happening in...

1st of all I don't review fast food , I review high end places, locations, resorts ect.,but when I experience good customer service or break through foods I will sometimes review them. A 3 star is big for me because I am very picky with my Google review local guides rating system. OK I tried the beyond tacos. Being them a vegetarian and I'm down with modern civilization having meat tasting vegetarian options. So the biggest breakthrough as far as fast food and the masses and vegetarian civilization, would be Carl's junior with the beyond Burger. This thing is insane so with that being the basis for our new type of vegetarian modernized food I would have to say the Del Taco's are pretty decent I give it a 6. The cool thing about this kind of food for us vegetarians is that when we go out with our families and friends we can actually eat at these places now. And not just stuff up with carbs. Tuesdays are my taco taco 🌮 night. I prefer my food prepared special ways and this shops team, never bats an eye. I am treated with genuine kindness and respect. On some occasions I will oder from home through GrubHub and other times wee take the drive through and once in awhile I will order inside. Each visit, order is carried out in exacting and presentable style. It is never a problem to prepare my vegetarian choices. I believe substitution is commenstance for this exceptional crew. But...! I have a small complaint. Yes, just one. The self serve drink station does not offer a plain sparkling water 😱😵! I know, right?
