Krak Boba — Restaurant in Lake Forest

Our group ordered 3 drinks: Matcha milk tea, King Brulee, and a Jasmine ice tea. There were options to adjust sweetness (25%, 50%, 75%, normal sweet, extra sweet) and ice level (less ice, normal ice). The drinks were pretty good, but still very sweet even at 25% and 50% sweetness. I usually order half sweetness at boba places, and here the 50% tasted like full sweetness (extra sweet, even!).

One drink in our order wasn't made correctly, and the staff was quick to apologize and fix the error. Great service overall.

The menu has the standard boba drinks, and also some interesting twists like yogurt slushes and other fruity mixes.

Ordering online through the app was a breeze, though I wish there was an "Order status" indicator somewhere in the app.

Interior was nice, clean, and modern. I didn't stay long so can't comment on wifi, or if the atmosphere is good for a longer...

They offer a variety of options such as smoothies, yogurts, milk teas, and teas with various toppings to choose from. I personally opted for the peach-apple tea, and they added a touch of pink boba which wonderfully enhanced the flavor.

Another great aspect is the free parking. Moreover, this place is open every day from 11 am to 10 pm, making it convenient for a visit at various times.

Horrible customer service came in to purchase a krak coffee and was five cents short to my order instead of giving the customer the coffee that they already made. I guess five cents was worth more money to them, and not making six dollars because they’re short five cents pretty stingy and spiteful not worth it for a business to have a review like this and a customer treated poorly over five pennies. This review may cost them more than that. I left without the drink, and the drink was disposed in the trash i’m assuming unless the employees drink it because it was already ready and made. Instead of making six dollars someone had a free drink or they threw it...
