You need to check your order when you make it. Today i went in and ordered a Supreme Pizza and Cheesy Bread and an Extra Sauce for dipping. The employee asked if i meant the Cheesy Bread Sticks. I clarified that i wanted the Cheese Bread that was on the menu and i even pointed to it. Went outside and waited for my lunch. Upon return my pizza was ready, but the order had Cheesy Bread Sticks. I politely stated that i had ordered Cheese Bread and did not want the Cheesy Bread Sticks, after a bit of confusion behind the counter, along came the manager who proceeded to refunded my entire order, not what i asked for but OK, not even a hesitation on what maybe the issue. Just refunded it. He then proceeded to put in a new order with the supreme pizza and cheese bread. As i was paying, i made the comment that i had ordered extra sauce and need to add that. Apparently it was too late to add it to the order, so he had to start a new order for the sauce. It was $2.16 for the sauce, when i, inquired as to why i have to pay for 2 sauces, when 1 sauce has always came with the cheese bread and i wanted to pay for the 2nd sauce. He tells me that is not how it works. Needless to say, my pizza was getting cold and i had to wait another 6-8 minutes for the bread to be done. At no point was i offered a discount for the delay / mix up or even an apology for the error on their part. So now i guess it is time for me to find another pizza place that treats me like a customer. So long Little Caesars. Again -...
Read moreWe had an online coupon by T-Mobile and the cashier didn’t really want to help us. He told us what pizza to look for but then ignored us to help another customer who he spoke Spanish to. Mind you, the lady trying to get a pizza was in her 70s. Then I asked again because the website wasn’t showing the $3 price for the pizza and he said that the coupon expired 3 min ago. So basically because he decided to help another Mexican customer instead of an elderly lady she couldn’t get her $3 pizza. We asked if he would honor the price, he said no with a grin. Then I asked for the manager he said that was him. I asked for his name he said Jonny O. Who knows if that’s true. When we left he said “god damn …” something I didn’t understand exactly what he said. But overall not a pleasant experience. I...
Read moreThis place is an honest definition of garbage. The poor employees that work there, I feel bad for some of them because they're given instructions and expected to take orders like robots. In other words, they don't truly care about maximizing profits and minimizing losses. From a business perspective, if somebody is literally 2 minutes late to their order, you should have just shut them down saying there's nothing you can do because we all know that there's something you can do the pizza supposed to go to trash or normally these employees take it home happily so at worst just offer it to me for free if there's "nothing you can do" and I'm a returning customer that you value.. I'd rather not hear "there's...
