Rudest bouncers ever, stupid rules, etc. Me and some of my friends wanted to go and play pool here. About half of our group is over 21, and half is under. For starters, $5 entry and it’s cash only, and to use their ATM the fee is $5, which is weird for a bar, not a nightclub, but anyways, their kitchen was closed and I was starving, so I asked if I could go get food and come back in without having to pay again, one bouncer said yes, the other said if you are under 21 you can’t leave and come back. Weird. Anyways, we got a pool table and began playing. There were about 8 people in our group, and my buddy brought his roommates who we never met before. One of our friends was 21, and had a drink that looked like coke, and my friend’s roommate, (we all just met him) asks for a sip not knowing it was alcohol, as it looked like Coca-Cola a bit, and my friend who was 21 was assuming the roommate was 21 and knew it was alcohol. As soon as he took that sip, he realized and said “I thought it was coke” and put it down and we laughed. The bouncer saw, came and tapped the roommate on the shoulder and rudely said “your out.” We were confused why and he explained that he took a sip of alcohol, and my friend who was 21 very kindly suggested if he could just throw the drink away, or that if he could get kicked out instead of the roommate since he gave to the drink, to which the power hungry egotistical bouncer replied “ok, now you’re ALL out,” after kindly just asking a question. I understand it probably looked like he intentionally took a sip, but the fact that the second we tried to explain ourselves we got kicked out showed to me the bouncer has never been told no and wouldn’t even hear us out. We honestly couldn’t believe it and just laughed our way out and told that place that they are a joke. One of my friends said he came here before too, and was leaning on a pool table, and the bouncer asked him not to do that, and when he asked why or even contested it in the slightest bit, the bouncer kicked him and his whole group out. Honestly, it’s one of those places where the bouncers think they have a superiority, and are worse than cops, and you get charged for everything....
Read moreSo I have been coming here for about a year now. I’m not close with anyone who works there and I honestly don’t know there names mainly because I’m blind and can’t read the name tags. But anyway reason for making this review is because last night me and my friend were playing pool like we always do and this weirdo kept walking over by us and I didn’t even notice but my friend did and apparently so did the waiter because she had given me the look and asked if I was okay and I believe one of the security guards noticed to and came over by us. Anyway when I turned around the guy was standing behind me and wouldn’t stop asking to play us in witch I said no multiple times. (Was clearly drunk) And then he just stood there. Now I’m a very forward person so I asked him if he needed anything and then for him to leave. I’m witch he didn’t like my response but whatever he left. Anyway, the point is what if I wasn’t straight forward person. What if I personally didn’t have the voice to tell him he needs to leave. It was very comforting and to know the staff saw the dude before I even noticed. And if they noticed something so small and minor but still asked if we were okay honestly means a lot. They definitely keep an eye out for there guests! Not only that but one of the guys every time he sees us walk through the door and there’s a table open we get our pool balls handed to us almost immediately. No questions asked! The foods good and honestly the staff have been so friendly every time I go witch means alot because I’m 20 going though a divorce and just quit a job I thought I was going to make a career in. So having somewhere as an outlet for all my anger is very nice and I appreciate all of there kindness. They have a great DJ to! He’s so fun!! All the events are super good to. I will recommend this place everytime! That’s all I...
Read moreI work around the corner as a engineering professional and have over a hour drive to get home. Went to try and grab a bite to eat before the long drive. Grilled food and a cold beer sounded so good. I asked if they served food They said yes, but it was a $5 cover to get in, so I asked to see the menu because I want to be sure it's not just bar food. I wanted a steak or something nice to eat. It looked like a nice place to eat from the outside. It looks like a smoke steak house. I stood outside in the cold and read the menu they brought me. I was so hungry I agreed to pay the cover to get in but then they said they only accept cash, but that I could get the cash from their ATM machine that also charges $5. The doorman asked the owner if I could put the cover on my card with my meal and he said no, cash only. I decided to find a place to eat that doesn't charge me $10 to get in. As I was leaving the waitress asked what happened. There was like 3 guys that stand outside to make sure you pay before you walk in. The bouncer told her " he didn't want to pay the cover." It was a awkward and embarrassing experience. They should consider removing the bar and grill title and just call it a nightclub if they don't want people to come in and dine. They said they were serving food when I asked before trying to get in. Because I commute from so far away I have no choice but to eat my lunch and dinners at the local restaurants. There are some good bars with good grilled food in the area. Just not this one. I could have been a regular if the food was good. It was 6pm and it was empty, there was maybe 5-8 people inside. I won't be back. It seemed like a hip place, but upon closer look it seems to cater to mainly 20-30 year Olds. It's not really a bar and grill. Just a nightclub with pool tables for kids, The name...
