Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Lake Geneva

I recently visited the new Jersey Mike’s location and unfortunately had a less-than-ideal experience. The restaurant was definitely busy during the lunch rush, so I understand the pressure. The greeting we received from one of the employees was very friendly, which was a nice start. However, when we reached the counter, we had some trouble figuring out what we wanted since it was our first time. Unfortunately, the employee who assisted us was quite rude and impatient, it was a girl with brown hair. On top of that, there were order mix-ups, delays, and cross-contamination issues, which is concerning. Unfortunately, based on this visit, we won’t be recommending it to anyone and will be saving our money...

My husband had lunch there today and ordered a cold sub which was great. We came for dinner tonight 2 steaks subs, hmmmmm. Remember the old Wendy’s Commercial,”. Where’s the beef”?????? I don’t get it and my sandwich had more mayo and mustard than meat! I even told them to go light on the condiments! I really don’t get it why can’t people follow directions??? I literally cut the roll in half and moved the meat and cheese so it made a mini sandwich for the price of a regular:((((((((. My husband’s hot sandwich was the same way and my husband asked for a little more chipotle sauce but could barely taste it! It was $30 plus tax and...

Food was great! Very friendly staff. Happy to have Jersey Mikes in town.

Obviously the place just opened, so if service is a little slow just have some patience. Everyone is learning and doing...
